Monthly Rentals in Raytown

Chad and Rodrigo were excellent hosts. Very responsive to any inquiries we had and always encouraged us to contact with any concerns or need of anything. On a couple of occasions we met Chad and Rodrigo in front of their home and they were extremely pleasant and welcoming. The cottage was perfect. Very private, clean and comfortable. It was our own little house during our stay. The two recliners in the living are were comfortable and cozy with a cute electronic fireplace. The bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessities and was easy to manage. If you are looking for a nice intimate place to stay, we would recommend this. Also, even though we were not there for a sporting event, this would be a perfect place to stay as it is very close to Royals and Chiefs stadium. We had a very nice stay and would highly recommend this cottage.

This was a great place. Aaron was great and he was always so responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to any friend.

The home was exactly what we needed for this trip with 5 adults and 6 children. The entire home was perfect to accommodate both a grandmother with a walker AND young energetic kiddos. The backyard was clean, with trimmed grass and overall inviting for kids to run around. The basement was complete with a small kids corner, TV where I could log in to my streaming accounts, and a bathroom in the same level. In this way, kids and adults could spend time alone when desired. Appreciate the communication, responsiveness, and hospitality!

This place is exactly as it is listed. We were traveling for business in Kansas City but did not want the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfect distance, accessible to every activity and amenity you could want. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Great hosts! Proactive and responsive with communication.
