I liked staying here. The view is great. The design of the building and how it faces the Andaman Sea. The pool is great on the roof.

We had an mazing stay. We were 6 of us with two kids and the place was spacious and comfortable. Caroline was responsive and helpful - from check in to check out. She agree d to an early check in and gave us an informative walk thru. She even did not charge us for the two glasses my kids broke . So a big thank you and yes definitely my top choose if I visit Phuket again.

I spent a week here and enjoyed the best sleep I’ve had in months. The place offered a peaceful, comfortable environment that truly felt like a home away from home. The unit is well-equipped with everything you might need, especially if you prefer to cook rather than dine out every day. The AC is excellent—cooling the space quickly—and the shower consistently provides hot water, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The bldg set on a quieter street just off the main road, it’s within easy walking distance to numerous dining options and well-known massage places. Despite being so central, the apt remains quiet at night, ensuring restful evenings. It’s also conveniently located next to a Western-style market, perfect for picking up essentials or familiar if you feel homesick. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the host, Jeremy. He is warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful—always ready to assist with anything you need or offer recommendations to enhance your stay.

Great apartment in a new complex. Incredible cleanliness, no insects - no ant penetrated the apartment in a month. Good location, windows overlook a green slope with trees, the sun only gets in the evening. Recommended!

The place was just as beautiful as shown in the pictures. The location is perfect. Some of the best beaches are just around the corner. The massage offered was also really good. :) Would definitely recommend! I would definitely come again!

Beautiful building with two pools, a library, remote workrooms, and great for long-term stays. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished, with a pool view and an outdoor bathing tub. Dining table can double as a work desk, though an extra study table with a reading light would be helpful as the hall felt a bit dark. There’s a large storage room. Facilities are excellent — a functional gym, separate saunas, library, strong Wi-Fi, and two canteens plus a restaurant. Nothing is within short walking distance, so a bike or car is needed; plenty of parking available. The reception is 24 hours and very friendly. Bike rentals are nearby. The building has hotel rooms and apartments; the host is professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Overall, an excellent place for remote work or long stays. Phuket has a relaxed vibe, more suited to people who enjoy a quieter island lifestyle. Highly recommend this apartment for a peaceful, work-friendly environment.

Absolutely loved this place. The host Jennifer is extremely communicative and helpful. Make sure that we had everything that we needed. She’s super accommodating. Make sure we have lots of recommendations in terms of restaurants things to do. I will definitely be booking this Airbnb again and recommending to others. Amazing experience 10 out of 10.

We had the best time staying at Maggie’s place! The location was perfect, the home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Maggie was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. We’d absolutely stay here again in the future!

Great place to stay with friends. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach and the pool, and watching all of the geckos and toads in the yard at night! The location feels private and safe. There are just a few neighbors and usually just a few other people at the beach. The neighbor dogs came over to visit and they were very sweet. Just a few minutes drive to the restaurants and shops in Rawaii, and about 20-30 min drive to Kata. Make sure you have water shoes to swim at the beach, because there are rocks and coral. Also probably a good idea to have an SUV for the bumpy driveway.

The stay was very pleasant! In the evenings, there were some insects, but that’s completely normal when living in this kind of environment. The house has a lot of charm and a cozy atmosphere. All the amenities were exactly as described. Cleaning was done daily. The area is very peaceful. Keep in mind that getting around usually requires a means of transport like a scooter or a car, as many places are a bit of a distance away and the terrain is quite hilly. Aside from that, the property has its own unique vibe. Highly recommended!

Our combine families enjoy the 10 days we stayed and we will be back as we felt at home… we were so well looked after we didn’t want to leave.Patty’s housekeeper was amazing and 99.9% of time we didn’t know she was there ( to the point our kids nicknamed her the ninja lol ).. Thank you Patty for making our stay for my birthday an amazing one and totally spoiling me with a surprise birthday cake that we all enjoyed. As I said we will be definitely back.

Phuket is amazing! We loved our stay at this beautiful beachside villa. There are restaurants all along the road, massage parlor next door, and moped rentals across the street. The villa itself was very clean and well-maintained (the AC saved us from the crazy heat). We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it!

I stayed almost 11 nights at this place and really liked it. It is a bit on a "hill" at the north of patong and therefore quieter than as if you would stay at the center of patong, but you can reach everything well either by walking or with the motorbike (try to get an international driving license before coming to Phuket). The stay was clean and as described, the check-in was easy. I really liked the infinity pool which was often very empty due to the time i stayed (low-season, end of may). The apartment had everything you needed for the house-hold and cooking etc. I had some issues at the beginning with some noise in the bedroom (probably coming from apartments closeby who put some gadgets close to the bedroom) and texted with Georgi (one of the Airbnb Hosts). He answered quickly and wanted to look at it after my stay. He is very good at communicating and very friendly + fast. For the discomfort in the beginning he also gave me a free massage coupon.

So, Usually photos posted up by hosts of a condo are not always the same when you arrive. In this case the photos did not do any justice, just wow !! an amazing stay and perfect last stop before I hit the road back home. Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

The unit was awesome, all the items in the unit was branded and new sets such as big Smasung Smart TV and big HITACHI refrigerator. The storage compartments also neat and comfortable to use. This unit has microwave, washing machine and also the cutleries and some basic ingredients provided in the kitchen. Overall, it was a perfect and will come again in future.

Everything was just great! The apartment was very clean! The kitchen had everything you need, the balcony has a washing machine and a drying rack. The territory of the complex is simply beautiful: a lot of swimming pools, parking (there were always free spaces), security. The location is just super! The beach is 7 minutes by bike, 7/11 and WeCafe - 1 minute by bike. The condominium is completely new, clean, well-maintained. The only downside is that the condo does not have a luggage storage room. If check out is at 12pm and departure is at 9pm, it is necessary to be with luggage all this time. At the reception, even for the money, they didn't want to look after the suitcases. But we left at our own risk and walked for 2 hours)

Our first trip to Thailand and we definitely made the right choice on somewhere to stay in Phuket. Fantastic apartment with excellent facilities, very secure and only a few minutes walk to the lovely beach and all the facilities of Kata Beach. Chris was very helpful from initial enquiry through to booking, would not hesitate returning and staying here again. As others have mentioned it is quite a steep hill up from the main road to the apartment so worth considering if anyone has walking difficulties.
