We contacted Jon on a very short notice, and he was very responsive and helpful. He and his wife met with us when we checked in, and they were very nice and helpful. The house is great, very well maintained, and well equipped. We enjoyed it very much.

Nice apartment with a beautiful view.

We stayed at this villa for one month during May 2025 and had an amazing time! The location is ideal, being in the heart of Patong but in a quite tucked away street away from the noise of the streets. It was spacious and comfortable with large rooms / beds, air conditioning, and really well stocked with anything we needed throughout the trip including slippers, umbrellas, kitchen utensils and equipment, etc. We also had regular cleaning throughout included. Ying was very communicative from the start and helped us arrange transportation to the unit. Highly recommend this Airbnb for short or even longer stays.

We had a lovely stay! Jean-Michel’s place was well equipped with everything we needed and the view is amazing. The pool area is very relaxing and you are able to order drinks and food. It is a peaceful location but still close to bars, restaurants and the beach, right at the bottom of the hill. We had a car so we were able to drive down but this could also be accessible with a bike. The hill is steep to walk up but there are plenty of tuck tucks around that would take you up if needed. It is most defiantly worth it, as you can see the sun setting every evening from both apartment and pool area😊. The operational manager was lovely who made are check in as smooth as possible and was always available to answer any questions, the cleaners were also amazing, going above and beyond. There is some local construction commencing in front of the apartment which on days did cause a lot of dust and noise. However, the cleaners did their best to keep the balcony as clean as possible. Thankyou😊

Overall we had a lovely stay. The villa is spacious, has good aircon/fan facilities, a ton of toys for the little ones, pleasant pool and literally less than 1 minute walk to the beach. It was a very comfortable stay for my family and I. We enjoyed time in the pool and on the beach right in front of the villa as well as the beach club next door. The beach was never busy which is huge in a place like Phuket and we would definitely consider it again. The only thing that wasnt great is that staff walks in and out for cleaning without any notice making it feel a little less private. Because the villa is on a busy pathway, there will be constantly people walking by the property. Nevertheless, we had a great time and would definitely consider booking again!

I loved the place, it was a great experience. The room is spacious, quiet and colorful. The staff were so helpful and the owner was very responsive. The place is located in the southern part of Phuket, away from city noise and near lots of restaurants. The beach is 5 minutes away.

the host is amazing the wife and I had some last minute things come up and she helped us out get things figured out I love this room my 3rd time staying rec for a relaxing couples outing

Beautiful complex of villas and rooms- we rented two of the units: a villa and a room. The room we stayed in was beautiful and the bathroom was a perfect place to relax. Local people were very friendly and helped us check in and get drinks even though everything was closed. Enjoyed Netflix and had a very comfortable sleep. The pool was very clean but we never got a chance to use it.

I stayed here over three weeks and had a really good time. The combination of its clean facility, hardworking lovely crews, and an adorable cat makes this place exceptional. If you want to spend a calm and comfortable time, this hotel will be an option.

Nice space and great location! The host and her sister are also super sweet and have a lovely cafe in the ground floor of the hotel. Would definitely drop by here again if I’m in Phuket!

Roch and Dan were born to be Airbnb hosts. They went above and beyond what we would normally have expected. They had bought a shower seat and a ramp to help me get around as I am an ambulatory wheelchair user. Their breakfasts were scrumptious. They also drove us to and from a local restaurant and many other errands that we needed during our stay. They were very helpful regarding places to go, like the local barbers. Not to mention the delicious brownies. As we were leaving to meet up with our family Roch very kindly baked some brownies for our grandchildren. An added bonus was the company of Cooper and the very shy Satang. We would stay here again for sure if we are visiting Rawai again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Marcels’s place. We were conveniently picked up and dropped off at Phuket airport, the room was exactly as described and the staff were friendly and attentive. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you!

The service was great and they responded very quickly. The room was clean and housekeeping did a good job. The bathroom was small but clean and functional. The wifi was working well.

This hotel is conveniently located just a short 5-minute walk from Bangla Road and the main shopping centres. Close enough to enjoy the action of Patong, yet far enough to avoid being disturbed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We requested While there is some low-level street noise, it wasn’t intrusive, and the front desk thoughtfully provides free earplugs for anyone who might be sensitive to it. We didn’t need them, but it was a nice touch. Breakfast was included and served in the front desk area, which was clean and offered excellent service. There’s also a pool available for guest use, though we didn’t bring towels and decided not to use the pool this time. Overall, this is a great choice for a short stay.

The room was comfortable. It was a little noisy due to street traffic but wasn't bad. The location is great. I usually stay in this area when I am in Phuket. It's got a lot of stuff walking distance and short motorbike ride to Phuket Town.

Fist off all I want to staff by saying the Staff at be live residence are fantastic and treat you like family.. very accommodating example. I needed a rack to dry all my clothing and they delivered one to my door for me along with hangers I also reached out for a squeegee for water in bathroom floors and one was provided that day cannot express enough how great staff are here. Pricing is very fair the rooms provide a great balanced all around spot for a vacation, a great area if you wanted to use the location for a basecamp for getting a taste off all Phuket has to offer besides your typical touristy areas. Cleaning provided daily Thank You kindly I will be back

Stayed for 1 day but Kim’s was extremely helpful and kind.she welcomed us at late night check in and allow her kitchen to make some veg noodle on request at late night. Very kind. Thank you Kim for great hospitality and keep us the good work.♥️😘

Exactly as described and as the photos looked. Nice, clean modern connecting rooms. Pool area was bigger than expected and had no issues getting a sun lounger, I could see this being a bit of an issue if it’s in peak season though! The cafe/restaurant on site was great quality and reasonably priced. Rooms were nice and clean, fresh bedding and towels each day. If you look closely at the room there are little bits that are looking tired but nothing of any concern. Would highly recommend and would happily stay again!
