Private entrance to secure and separate 'casita' room with flatscreen TV, mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. Private room is separate, secure and quiet-so no access to main house is available. However, host family is on-site to answer any questions and make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Hosts are long-time area residents who have owned and lived in this home for over 10 years. A directory of local shopping and restaurants is provided, along with complimentary wi-fi and cable TV. The home is in a unique and desirable location and offers easy access to village life and the beach from a quiet residential neighborhood. My place is close to the beach, Temecula wine country, and outdoor activities. You’ll love my place because of the serenity, the lush greenery, the privacy, and the amenities. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Due to COVID -19, I have arranged my calendar to allow 24 hours between guests. I also have purchased a ozone machine, which I run between stays. All hard surfaces are wiped down with 70% alcohol, floors steamed cleaned. All Linens washed with bleach.
