Beautiful home. Very clean. Good location. Host was very friendly and responsive.

Victor & Adriana were warm, friendly, and responsive, providing me with important parking advice. The room was quiet and tidy. Although there were children in the house, it was quiet enough to have a non disturbed sleep at night, and my privacy was well-protected. During my 12-day stay, I was able to use the laundry room for free, which was incredibly convenient for me. The community is safe, and parking is easy.

They are very kind and caring people. The first night they stayed up late and helped me bring my suitcase upstairs. When I came home late one night they contacted me to make sure I was okay. We had some wonderful conversations and they taught me a lot about what they believe. It felt like visiting family. The place is in a gated community which is very quiet and clean and beautiful and the room has its own private bathroom that is really nice. I had the best vacation thanks to them. Thank you guys so much!

Clean quiet home and neighborhood, beautiful large comfortable clean room, a very quiet relaxing home away from home. Abundant street parking in a very safe neighborhood and respectful neighbors. Great stay!

Clean house, friendly host, quiet neighborhood.

The place was easy to locate; neighboorhood was peaceful & private, easy check in. The house was well maintained, and the room was accessible as it’s in the 1st floor; bathroom was right outside the room. Inside, the bedroom was spacious & cozy.The bed was too high for me, however it was soft, large & comfortable, but a little noisy if you move too much, although enough pillows & comforter that allowed me to have good slumbers.quiet & safe at night. Microwave & fridge were in the room like a hotel, but bring utensils & plates if needed. Free keurig coffee, cups & 2 water bottles.Closet space was big. Computer table & chair were useful, but the chair was a little unstable. Bathroom was clean, supplied w/ towels, & toiletries, hot & cold shower working; bring slippers. Mayra accomodated my personal request promptly, and allowed me to leave my stuff after I checked out. Privacy was observed at all times. Great deal! Mayra was accomodating & friendly. The co-host Shu responds promptly and the place was clean. The place was stocked with with everyday items that made my stay easy like hygiene products and plates cups. Would stay again!

Staying here at this place was the best decision I made on this trip. I had a very important event to attend that didn’t necessarily go to plan. With bad weather at home, delayed flights and exhaustion coming to Cindy’s air b&b definitely made my trip much better. Easy access and very tidy place I can’t complain. In other reviews they did mention barking dogs and crowing roosters but that’s in the neighbors house and she can’t control that. Nonetheless if you’re a light sleeper I can see why it would be a problem but I am from rural Texas and actually made me feel much more at home. Definitely recommend this place and if I am in town again I am definitely coming here again.

We've stayed with Hugo before. He is always responsive. Nice to deal with a superhost since they run their rentals very professionally.

this is our third time staying at elizabeth’s place and we’ll definitely be back a fourth time! the airbnb itself is lovely, absolutely a great place to rest and relax. the kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked-(which is completely unnecessary but very appreciated) and elizabeth herself is a delight. the airbnb is a very short walk from downtown, and the walk is gorgeous. can’t recommend this spot highly enough.

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Darcy's place was just as described and Darcy was a wonderful host. From providing local recommendations to having ample "spare supplies" in the unit, he went that extra mile to make our stay a pleasant one. We'd definitely look at booking again when next we're in the LA area.

Keith’s Place Was Perfect For Just The 2 Of Us And Was Very Private Which We Loved

The place has a nice environment and was generally comfortable. Parking was easy, which was a big plus. However, getting in was a bit tricky — you have to enter through the balcony, which was a little complicated. It also takes a few minutes for the hot water to come on in the shower, and the water pressure is just average. I recommend bringing your own shampoo and body wash, as the provided toiletries had a strong, unpleasant smell and didn’t seem to be good quality, so we didn’t use them.

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Pari’s place is bigger than it appears in the photos- really nice space. Modern and comfortable, fully outfitted kitchen, and plenty of towels/amenities. Contrary to other reviewers, I didn’t find the parking to be tough. I rented an SUV and just backed into the space without a problem - I can see how it would be tough for someone if they headed in- just do a three point turn up front and you’ll be fine :) One last comment- the location can’t be beat! Walking distance to so much (including one of my favorite restaurants, Green Street). And less than 15 minutes to Occidental College, where I was attending events. Great stay. Thanks Pari!

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

We had a great stay! The apartment was lovely and comfortable. It was near to places and people that we wanted to see while there. Cynthia was a very helpful and friendly host!

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

Great little stay I had it was just one night I booked really late because I had to check out of my hotel room due to a bug problem. Sindy was great and replied really fast. She made me feel comfortable and heard. Thank you! The room was also very private with its own entrance. Great stay for a great price !
