I had a fantastic experience staying at The Whistling Cottage under Airbnb. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with all the essentials provided. The location was perfect, away from any traffic noise, in the midst of nature. The beds were very comfortable, and the ambiance of the place made it feel like a true home away from home. The hospitality and service extended by Raj (Cook) and Bipin (house keeper) were really admirable. The food cooked was superb and made us feel so at-home. A few standout features for me were: 1. Excellent service and good homely food 2. A well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals 3. Quiet neighborhood with a lovely view I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ramgarh, Uttarakhand, whether for a short trip or a longer stay. Had a wonderful stay and we enjoyed our stay. Vandana has been very supportive and following for all the requisites to make us comfortable and stay at home.

Chetna Ji is a great host. The instructions and house rules were clear and she was very proactive in resolving minor issues during the stay. The location was great with nearby restaurants and quiet surroundings. The kitchen was well equipped with essentials for the stay, however everything was easily available in the downstairs general store. I would love to come back again in the future.

Had a lovely stay at Ajay’s place with my wife and toddler. Ajay provided clear instructions on the directions to reach. The property was close to Nathuakhan market which made arrangements easier for us to cook our meals. There are no fancy restaurants nearby. However the kitchen is fairly well equipped for anyone to fix their meals. Property has a nice small garden with peach and plum trees which the caretaker very kindly offered for our kid. The place is serene and a beautiful view from the balcony. The place had enough space for the kid to run and explore the surroundings. Be mindful of pests during the evening time and keep the net doors shut to avoid infestation as advised in the house rules. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.
