A true gem. I can't say enough good things about our stay at Chris and Dave's. The serenity, the beautiful setting, the birds, the two ducks that entertained us for hours. It was truly wonderful. I can't wait to return.

Spacious accommodation with all the amenities, the house is modern and the appliances are almost new. Well-equipped bathrooms and kitchen, as well as oils, condiments and other basics to prepare your food. The location is very good in a quiet area and one. Beautiful view in the back Jeff makes sure to contact you in advance so you have all the Information at hand before you start your stay.

First class through out. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in - even better than at home. Completely furnished especially the kitchen. Great shower and always hot water - even in the kitchen. Best rental of my dozen rentals around Panama . Perfection! Be aware that it is located in Caldera about 25min South of Boquete if that matters to you. Great house. Great host.

Please keep in mind this is an ecolodge, not a mainland hotel! The place was clean and as described. I had minimal encounters with bugs inside, one spider, a few little flys and mosquitos, very minimal, they do a great job at keeping them out and things clean. I was here during the rainy season and was very lucky with the weather, but I can see the trail getting muddy if it is raining, so have appropriate shoes. I went snorkeling multiple times a day, kayaking and on the trails. I recommend the guide, as it’s easy to miss the sloths in the canopy, but there are lots of other things to see. Everyone was friendly and helpful and having meals together was nice. I was traveling on my own and like space and it was a great balance of having your own private space and being able to meet new ppl. I didn’t feel the need to take any trips off the island but if I were there longer I might have. If you want to relax, be in nature and still be comfortable this is a great place.
