The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Villa Ora is located in the heart of the Istrian peninsula. Our villa offers a peaceful and relaxing retreat surrounded by olive groves. It features three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, as well as a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. The highlight of our villa is the stunning outdoor area, featuring a large swimming pool, a shaded terrace with outdoor dining area and barbecue, and a beautiful garden filled with Mediterranean plants and olive trees.

The villa offers 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed for a total of 8 beds with 4 bathrooms as well as a splendid living area and a beautiful patio in front of the private pool where you can spend your days and evenings in tranquility, enjoying a portion of the sea view. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, air conditioning, powerful wi fi are included for free. Your pets are more than welcome ;)

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

The elegant Martelina apartment is located in the center of the village of Rakalj, on the ground floor of a private house. It is fully equipped and suitable for a pleasant and comfortable stay for guests and their pets. Rakalj is an ideal vacation spot for families, retirees, nature lovers, sea and sports fans. The beaches are 3 to 4 km away, and the surrounding area offers various activities. The apartment has a dedicated workspace, free Wi-Fi and internet speed up to 500 Mbps.

We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

All the main services are very near: 3 restaurants, bars, pizzerias, a grocery, bakery are within walking distance from the villa :) From Krnica, you can reach many destinations like Pula, Fazana, Rabac, Rovinj within a pleasant drive through Istrian surroundings.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants.
