A great property with fantastic views over the lake as well as the remarkables. The place felt very cosy and comfortable and plenty of space for a large family. set close to Frankton as well as Queenstown there’s also a brewery, great cafe/bakery and wine bar just over the road by the lake. The hosts were really good to deal with and responded straight away to any questions we had. Thanks for a great a stay!!

Fabulous place to stay for a family holiday in Queenstown. The view of the mountains is spectacular, right out the large windows. The heating was great, the beds very comfortable, kitchen well appointed with plenty cups, plates, pots and pans, utensils and everything worked well. TV and wifi was good too. You do need a vehicle as there is nothing within walking range but the drive to town is no more than 10 minutes, and to Frankton only about 15 minutes. Morning sun was lovely. On a clear morning it got pretty icy and getting out of the driveway was a bit tricky but there are very clear instructions in the garage on how to navigate it. Definitely the place to stay with a larger family group. Felt like home.

Wonderful house in wonderful Arrowtown. Opposite Millbrook resort and two outstanding golf courses, 2 mins to Arrowtown and its joyful charm of historic sites, stores, galleries, cafes, restaurants, nook bars, and cinema and bookstore. 4 mins to the outstanding Mora and Akarua vineyard restaurants and to Ayeburn, the sprawling, stylish culinary, vineyard and garden experience with dining rooms, bars, bakeries, water walks. Arrowtown is nestled in the commanding Wakatipu Basic and bordered by the Coronet and Remarkables ranges. 9 Flynn Lane is modern, tasteful, well equipped, the kitchen and living space are roomy and comfortable, the pot-bellied fire is great to get going in the morning, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms including 2 ensuites, working space. We will be back. Ron is a Superhost for good reason; he anticipates your needs, responds promptly, offers a very livable home away from home in this spectacular, ambient natural environment.

Great stay. It is up a hill which means great views but also means uphill walks to get to the bus stop. Felt like a home more than a hotel which is great. Even better than pictures though!

Old charm, the perfect way to describe it. The house featured absolutely breath taking views and plenty of space. Also a huge bonus of the location and the value of the property!

My group loved the place- so cosy and the view was amazing! The house was clean and all that we needed were provided for. Our concerns were addressed almost immediately and that to me was a plus.

This house spoils you with a giant terrace overlooking the sparkly waters of Lake Wakatipu—seriously, the view is next-level and easily my fave feature here! Add in a toasty fireplace plus heaters in every bedroom and bathroom, and you’ve got yourself a full-time cozy hug.

My partner and I were thrilled with the last minute deal that Hello Queenstown had on offer. Only a five minute drive from town, and a minute walk from the lake and marina. Plenty of parking available and matched the description well. We will definitely stay again with Hello Queenstown when we are back! Thanks again!

The amenities were top-notch, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the welcome basket and the convenient location close to local attractions. Overall, we had an amazing time at Marina Appartement and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly accommodation. It was an amazing experience to stay here, it felt just like home. The living room has a gas fireplace makes the space warm up quickly, each of the bedrooms has a big comfortable bed to sleep on.

5 Stars – Stunning Stay with Incredible Views! What an amazing place to stay in Queenstown! The view from the unit is absolutely to die for — you could sit and stare at it all day. The home itself is beautifully set up and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was truly exceptional — fully stocked with high-quality appliances, cookware, and everything you’d need to prepare meals. It was a joy to cook in. The fireplace added the perfect cozy touch, especially on chilly evenings, and the bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in — better than some luxury hotels! There was tons of space for our family of five to spread out and feel at home. The bathrooms were modern, spacious, and well-appointed, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. And the towels — better than the ones I have at home, plush and hotel-quality. We also really appreciated the large garage, which made parking super easy and secure.

Well maintained and clean apartment and professional hosts...the apartment has great amenities and is perfect when traveling with families..parking is not a hassle..
