Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser traumhaften Villa! Alles war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Der grosse Pool war eines der Highlight – ideal zum Entspannen und Geniessen. Auch die Aussenküche, die bequemen Betten und die ruhige Lage haben unseren Aufenthalt aussergewöhnlich gemacht. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Max und Lory sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Der Garten und der Pool waren super schön. Wir können uns auf jeden Fall den guten Bewertungen unserer Vorgänger anschließen. Der Kühlschrank war tatsächlich bis zum Rand gefüllt . 1000 Dank dafür!

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Pools sind traumhaft schön. Allerdings müssen wir ganz ehrlich sagen, wären wir nicht mit Freunden zusammen dort gewesen die die Villa bewohnt haben wäre es zum Teil etwas schwierig geworden. Die Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Poolhaus sind vorhanden aber bis zum Abend sehr heiß. Küche ist vorhanden mit allen was man braucht aber mit einer sehr sehr kleinen Arbeitsfläche die es sehr schwer macht zu kochen. Das war für uns aber kein Problem da wir den Großteil an der Villa verbracht haben. Wir hatten uns für diese Ferienhäuser entschieden da in der Beschreibung stand es gibt die Villa und das Poolhaus, allerdings ist das Poolhaus eine Doppelhaushälfte die auch bewohnt wird. Auf dem Gelände selber befindet sich noch weitere Ferienhäuser und es gibt einen Kiosk und einen weiteren Pool(der traumhaft ist) Es kommen aber auch Tagesgäste auf das Grundstück. Das alles ist nur zur Info. Wir hatten trotz allem einen tollen. Aufenthalt.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! The pool was lovely, and the location was perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, with a supermarket and a great little café nearby. It's also very convenient for getting into Cagliari, with a bus stop close by for easy access. We used the CTM Bus Finder app and it was only a few Euros. The villa was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Davide was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful. He even drove us to the supermarket when we arrived late in the evening, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really appreciated. The only point to mention is that the cleaners arrive at 08:30/09:00 on the day of checkout as stated in the check out details, even though the listing states checkout is at 11:00. It wasn’t a problem for us as we were leaving around 9:00 anyway, but just something to be aware of. Overall, a wonderful stay—highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, Simon a été très attentif à notre bien être,. Son jardin est remarquable, on sent qu'il l'entretien avec beaucoup de passion. L'environnement nous apporte le dépaysement recherché, les plages sont remarquables et proches. Nous n'avons manqué de rien au niveau équipements très fournis. Nous lui avons fait une demande particulière, et Simon a répondu positivement, ce qui nous a beaucoup arrangé, un grand merci. Nous recommandons vivement. Annie et Georges.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, in einem super ausgestattetem Haus. Ein Supermarkt, sowie ein paar Restaurants und das Meer sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Marco war äußerst freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet.

Giorgio’s place was very nice and comfortable for our family stay. The jacuzzi didn’t work w bubbles but isn’t a jacuzzi really (ie doesn’t get hot - maybe that is just an American thing). But we didn’t tell Giorgio this so he wasn’t aware. Feel we were busy w other items anyways. Beaches are close by 10 min drive. Love eurospin grocery store. Cooked in every night and played games w family. Giorgio’s place was big and very comfortable for us! Maybe consider screens if that is a thing in Italy for windows. Couldn’t have windows open due to bugs and got hot in place. Couldn’t figure out main floor split unit. Didn’t tell Giorgio this either

Absolutely wonderful stay! The villa is even more beautiful than the photos, with a lush, well-kept garden that made every morning feel like a retreat. The views from the property are simply stunning—perfect for relaxing with a coffee or enjoying a sunset. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, always available for any questions and full of great local tips. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

A lovely place to stay for our family, plenty of space indoors and out for the kids to play around in. Pool was great to relax in. Outdoor kitchen and dining area was very pleasant in the evenings. Definitely recommended.

Antonello and Lucia are the most gracious and welcoming hosts! This home is impeccable across the board, everything you need to make a wonderful meal, cozy furnishings inside and out, and a spectacular view! I will never forget floating in the pool with the view of the horizon and the ocean meeting, we will certainly visit again, thank you for everything!

Love at first sight. The location is very quiet, suitable for people like us who want to rest. The villa is only about 50m from the large, long (almost private) beach. Other well known beaches like Costa Rei or Villasimius are about 20 minutes away. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, even the kitchen. Very modern toilets and shower facilities. Garden with meadow, fireplace, whirlpool. Terrace on top is a gem with the seaview. Unfortunately there is only one parking space available in the villa. But additional cars can be parked in a parking lot outside the private area. The costs for electricity and water are included in the price. The host, Margerita was very kind and helpful. She even showed us the nearby beach, kept informing us about different restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and activities in the region. And at our request, she picked up the separated waste. ⁠All in all, it was a perfect stay for my family and me. We definitely would love to come again.

Me & 3 friends had an amazing stay. The villa is spacious and nice. The beds are super comfy and the ceiling fan helped me sleep. The villa is well equipped with everything you need to cook on the hob/oven or BBQ. The sea is a stones throw away. Vittorio was very helpful from start to finish. I would recommend this villa to my friends a s family!

Die Ferien waren perfekt! Das Haus ist superschön und ruhig gelegen, der Jacuzzi richtig cool. Es hat an absolut nichts gefehlt. Die Hosts waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit (danke an die vielen Tipps auch an Angy!). Wir würden definitiv gerne wieder kommen!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Tore war wirklich wunderbar. Das Haus selbst ist schön und hat an Ausstattung alles, was man in einem Ferienhaus so braucht (z.B. reichlich Auswahl an Gewürzen zum Kochen). Toll war der Empfang der sehr netten und immer erreichbaren Vermieterin Alice. Sie hat uns nicht nur persönlich begrüßt, uns den Garten und das Haus gezeigt sondern auch noch mit einem üppig gefüllten Präsentkorb überrascht. Der riesige Garten ist ein absolutes Paradies und war unser Highlight! Viele verschiedene Sitzplätze, eine Schaukelliege, Pool, Whirlpool, Palmen, Oliven-und Feigenbäume... eine Oase zum Entspannen! Der Whirlpool war leider zunächst kaputt, Alice kümmerte sich direkt und organisierte einen Techniker, der an Tag 2 den Whirlpool reparierte. Kleines Manko am Haus: Zwei der Zimmer haben nur kleinere Fenster (Oberlichter), sind daher etwas dunkel. Auch haben nicht alle Zimmer eine Klimaanlage, was man im Hochsommer bedenken sollte. Für uns im Oktober war es kein Problem.
