Condo vacation rentals in Punta Mita

Can’t say enough good things about Mike’s place. The unit is just as described - clean, spacious, and has everything you need. We had plenty of hot water, an abundance of towels, and the AC in the bedrooms got nice and cold. The location in Conchas Chinas is perfect - close enough to everything that you can walk to the restaurants, etc., within 15-20 minutes (or a quick Uber or taxi), but very peaceful and private-feeling. The rocky beaches are absolutely gorgeous. The Orchid condominium overall is extremely nice. Very friendly and attentive staff… our concierge, Nahim, was fantastic, very kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Honestly, it’s so peaceful and beautiful, you don’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy PV. My husband and I spent hours at the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar just sunbathing and watching the pelicans. The sunsets are ridiculously amazing, and the food at the restaurant is surprisingly good. Highly recommend, and our family definitely will return.

If you are looking for an absolutely beautiful, peaceful and clean with the most amazing ocean view, look no further. The condo has very aesthetically pleasing decor. Calming, light blues and white. The fragrance is exactly as you would find in a high end hotel, so if you are a person who likes wonderful fragrances like me, you will love her place. The pool. I cannot think of a more beautiful infinity that I have experienced. It runs the entire length of the rooftop, so if you love to swim, this pool is a dream. There is another pool just below the condo that you can see from the patio that overlooked the ocean. I had that pool all to myself. Dreamy. I have nothing but stellar things that won't fit in this review. The first opportunity I get, I am going back.!!!! Oh, extremely comfortable beds, had to get that in there. Private and quiet, which is very important to me. Do yourself a favor and book her place.

El alojamiento estaba justo como en las fotos, muy bonito y agradable, la alberca está perfecta y tenía una vista muy bonita de la montaña y del pueblo, Octavio muy atento y el señor Héctor (el encargado de recibirnos) también muy amable y atento. En general todo estuvo muy agradable

Definitely a FIVE STAR experience. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with our choice of refreshments. Furthermore, Laura and Jonathan were super accommodating and welcoming. In terms of the property itself, the apartment’s furnishings and decor are elegant and upscale. The common areas are also very upscale with a high sense of exclusivity. Definitely will book again!

The condo was a nice play to stay during our time in Punta Mita. While there was only a few places to eat on the property- we enjoyed.

Es de los primeros departamentos que a mi punto de vista estuvo súper completo. Me he quedado en otros departamentos en la playa y este me sorprendió porque contaba hasta con sombrilla, carrito y sillas para pasar un día en la playa. Esta súper completo en todos los sentidos, realmente no te hace falta nada, eso a mi parecer se me hizo increíble. La playa la verdad no es la más bonita ya que estaba complicado ingresar por tantas piedras, pero Justo a un lado está la manzanilla y no le pide mucho. Todo el tiempo Alejandro estuvo al pendiente de nosotros y nos apoyaba con cada duda que teníamos, excelente persona. Sin duda volvería a regresar a este mismo lugar.

Cheri’s place was perfect for our stay. The condo complex is quiet, safe and well-maintained. Cheri’s condo was a perfect fit, size-wise and luxury-wise for my fiancé and I. Nice finishes and well taken care of. The patio space and multiple doors allowed for great breeze during the day, and the A/C blew cold every night. Would definitely stay again!

Hermoso todo. La alberca es un poco pequeña, y para nosotros que éramos un grupo grande no nos funcionaba, pero pudimos utilizar las albercas de los condominios. Solo hubo unos detalles que me gustaría compartir para que se consideren. Los A/C les faltaba mantenimiento y casi no enfriaban, el agua de las regaderas solo salía caliente. Entendemos la regla de no ruido excesivo después de ciertas horas, pero el personal de seguridad nos dijeron que no podíamos ni estar platicando en la alberca privada en la noche. El último día estuvimos en una de las albercas, e igual nos dijeron que no podíamos tener música (aclaro que no estaba ni fuerte y era la 1pm), pero obviamente acatamos las reglas y apagamos la música. Y luego nos fueron a decir que no podíamos tener vasos de plástico mientras estábamos en la alberca. Pero, otras personas tenían vasos de plástico adentro y a ellos no les dijeron nada… si vas en plan de amigos consideraría otras opciones. Fuera de esto, todo muy bien!! Grax Sam

Casa Paw is an absolute gem! The condo is a great location to the pool, beach, and all that San Pancho has to offer. Our three little kids had an absolute blast playing in the pool/beach and Margaret made traveling with kids so easy by providing amenities like a pack-n-play and high chair and swim vest and toys. She even went out of her way to provide a welcoming gift for each kid. If you’re hesitant about booking, you won’t regret staying here! Casa Paw is beautifully decorated that makes you feel right at home. We can’t wait to return!

The apartment is very well located in Puta Mita with easy access to the beach and the many shops and restaurants. From the terrace you have a nice view over the ocean. The swimming pool and area is a big plus. We very much enjoyed our stay as a family with two children. An extra room would have been nice for the children but we knew that they would sleep on the sofa bed. Very recommended for a short stay at this beautiful location!

Just far enough out of town to be quite, yet close enough to run in to town for meals. The unit is huge and best of everything inside. If I was to buy a place in PV this would be at the top of my list.

Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful! The view was truly breathtaking - we loved waking up to it every morning. Our host was responsive, helpful, and so nice. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. We can’t wait to come back!

Will’s place was amazing. Each bedroom has a king bed and bathroom. The kitchen is perfect for anyone who would rather cook than eat out. The views and sunsets from the rooftop pool are majestic. I would recommend picking up groceries at one of the major grocery chains on the way in from the airport as there are few options for groceries in old town PV. Will was a great host and was quick to respond with any questions we had. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in PV.

El departamento estaba en perfecto estado, el personal del condominio fue amable, todas más áreas comunes estaban limpias, se disfruta el hecho de que no permitan bocinas. Volvería con gusto!

Everything here was incredible. The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It had incredible views and was the perfect location. A 3 minute walk from the beach and within minutes of walking to everything in Zona Romantica, while also still being quiet and peaceful. The front desk security were always present and made us feel safe. And the rooftop pool area was amazing too. Truly an incredible experience and I would love to come back sometime!

El lugar es bastante acogedor y tiene todo lo indispensable para pasar tu estadía sin ningún problema; definitivamente el que cuente con lavadora y secadora es un plus, en lo particular a nosotros nos ayudó bastante. La vista es increíble; caminando un poco y pasando por un par de bajadas te puedes encontrar con la playa Amapas, una playita solitaria y bonita. En cuanto a la limpieza 10/10. Nos vamos satisfechos y con ganas de regresar.
