Condo vacation rentals in Punta Mita

An incredible location and an incredible stay. We are a family of 6, and it was super comfortable to rest. The views and everything in general were very nice and pleasant. The host José and his co-host Paola were both very friendly, very good communication and always attentive. 100% recommended

This home is really a gem! The place is incredibly spacious and in a wonderful location-super close to all of the bars and restaurants, but still seems quiet enough at night. The balcony was fabulous, and where I preferred to kick my feet up over a cup of coffee or unwind at night. Beds were comfortable, and there were ample blankets/towels/linens. Eloisa was an absolute delight, and met me with some AMAZING guac (soooo good, thank you and your mom!), chips, and a couple of beers at check in. Her care for her property is undeniable, and she was incredibly helpful and responsive to messages. Overall a fantastic stay I couldn't recommend more.

If you are looking for an absolutely beautiful, peaceful and clean with the most amazing ocean view, look no further. The condo has very aesthetically pleasing decor. Calming, light blues and white. The fragrance is exactly as you would find in a high end hotel, so if you are a person who likes wonderful fragrances like me, you will love her place. The pool. I cannot think of a more beautiful infinity that I have experienced. It runs the entire length of the rooftop, so if you love to swim, this pool is a dream. There is another pool just below the condo that you can see from the patio that overlooked the ocean. I had that pool all to myself. Dreamy. I have nothing but stellar things that won't fit in this review. The first opportunity I get, I am going back.!!!! Oh, extremely comfortable beds, had to get that in there. Private and quiet, which is very important to me. Do yourself a favor and book her place.

What a beautiful week we spent in Bucerias! Alvaro’s place was perfection! It was immaculate, and stayed cool on those hot and humid days! We loved that every room had an attached bathroom. Plenty of space for our large group. The kitchen was well-stocked, the laundry worked great and there were closets full of towels, extra bedding, games, beach supplies, pillows, etc. the views were INCREDIBLE! We also loved the convenience of a trash chute right down the hall. The staff was great. Friendly, ready to help in any way. The pool was gorgeous and clean, and our favorite place to hang out with big puffy beach chairs, large umbrellas, just steps from the beach. We also enjoyed the delicious food beachside under a large shaded area. Truly, paradise. We plan to return with our family again.

Definitely a FIVE STAR experience. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with our choice of refreshments. Furthermore, Laura and Jonathan were super accommodating and welcoming. In terms of the property itself, the apartment’s furnishings and decor are elegant and upscale. The common areas are also very upscale with a high sense of exclusivity. Definitely will book again!

Can’t say enough good things about Mike’s place. The unit is just as described - clean, spacious, and has everything you need. We had plenty of hot water, an abundance of towels, and the AC in the bedrooms got nice and cold. The location in Conchas Chinas is perfect - close enough to everything that you can walk to the restaurants, etc., within 15-20 minutes (or a quick Uber or taxi), but very peaceful and private-feeling. The rocky beaches are absolutely gorgeous. The Orchid condominium overall is extremely nice. Very friendly and attentive staff… our concierge, Nahim, was fantastic, very kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Honestly, it’s so peaceful and beautiful, you don’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy PV. My husband and I spent hours at the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar just sunbathing and watching the pelicans. The sunsets are ridiculously amazing, and the food at the restaurant is surprisingly good. Highly recommend, and our family definitely will return.

Beautiful condo that fit our group perfectly. We had my wife and I in the master, two young kids (6 and 8) in the bunk room, and grandma and grandpa in the room with two queen beds. Our concierge Pedro was very helpful before and during our stay. The chef (Betty) made us wonderful breakfast each day. The included golf cart was a hit with our kids who loved riding to the various beach clubs and into town. Punta Mita isn't the cheapest destination in Mexico, but we loved it and would definitely come back and rent this unit again.

Cheri’s place was perfect for our stay. The condo complex is quiet, safe and well-maintained. Cheri’s condo was a perfect fit, size-wise and luxury-wise for my fiancé and I. Nice finishes and well taken care of. The patio space and multiple doors allowed for great breeze during the day, and the A/C blew cold every night. Would definitely stay again!

I can't say enough good things about this accommodation. The building was beautiful and the room followed suit. There wasn't a spot of dirt anywhere. The sheets were crisp and clean. Nice comfy bed and pillows. The shower was hot with good water pressure. The a/c worked like a charm after a long hot day. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Perfect spot to watch the sunset. The location was excellent. Its about a 5-minute ride to the Romantic Zone. If you're thinking about booking, do it!! You won't regret it. As for Monica, she was a doll. Very helpful in assisting us throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to PV!

Just far enough out of town to be quite, yet close enough to run in to town for meals. The unit is huge and best of everything inside. If I was to buy a place in PV this would be at the top of my list.

Our host Adriana took very good care of us from the time we arrived. We took his recommendations to travel to nearby beaches. The apartment is luxurious, we loved it. It has everything you need for a good time. Very quiet and with a beautiful view. The walk to the village is a bit of a heavy climb, but if you're in good shape, you can go back and forth without a problem. I definitely recommend staying at this place. Thank you very much for everything!

Will’s place was amazing. Each bedroom has a king bed and bathroom. The kitchen is perfect for anyone who would rather cook than eat out. The views and sunsets from the rooftop pool are majestic. I would recommend picking up groceries at one of the major grocery chains on the way in from the airport as there are few options for groceries in old town PV. Will was a great host and was quick to respond with any questions we had. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in PV.

Wow wow wow! Our stay here was INCREDIBLE! We had such an amazing time, the place is so beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice of how beautiful and and amazing views this place has! The pool was so nice and being able to watch the sunset straight from our balcony was incredible! Also our chef Fanny was AMAZING! Everything she made was delicious she truly made our stay so much better and made us feel right at home. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Definitely look forward to coming back! Thank you so much!

The only thing I didn't realize was there was only one blow dryers, and one keys. Besides that this place had an amazing view, calm relaxing pool, and the response if we needed something was very quick, we loved it.

We are totally grateful for Antonio's attention and the beach that is in the beach club, very nice, the only thing is that they close the beach club very early

Everything here was incredible. The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It had incredible views and was the perfect location. A 3 minute walk from the beach and within minutes of walking to everything in Zona Romantica, while also still being quiet and peaceful. The front desk security were always present and made us feel safe. And the rooftop pool area was amazing too. Truly an incredible experience and I would love to come back sometime!
