⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This Airbnb apartment was absolutely excellent! Perfectly located with stunning ocean views and an amazing rooftop pool that made every moment unforgettable. The host, William, was incredibly attentive, responding quickly to any needs with warmth and efficiency. Highly recommend this gem for a fantastic stay!

Alvaro is an excellent host, great communication prior to arrival and when we arrived as well. Condo is impeccably clean, very well appointed from snorkeling gear, wine opener, pool towels, hammocks for relaxing, great pressure and temp of showers, blackout blinds, appreciated the AC. Little things that go a long way like games, puzzles, binoculars for viewing. Alvaro has the place beautifully decorated, whimsical art work and beautiful workmanship on the wooden doors throughout the condo. Kitchen very well stocked. Sayan is an amazing property. Security is awesome, so helpful getting cabs. Service was excellent in the roof top bar and restaurant/bar on lower level. Fitness center is well appointed. Massages were amazing. Public areas impeccable cleaned. Every here you look staff is cleaning, dusting, trimming plants, cleaning windscreens at the pools. Everyone is so friendly. Food is amazing, fresh, healthy, beautiful details and interesting twist on local dishes. Amazing, thank you

Casa Destino was the most unique, ideal place to stay that we could’ve asked for. The house was full of authentic Sayulita charm, perfectly clean, well equipped (comfy beds, strong AC, chlorine pool) and convenient in relation to both town and beach. We rented a golf cart for the week, which was great to have when feeling lazy but everything in town was perfectly walkable from the house too. The surrounding homes were always quiet, so while there are neighbors, it still felt perfectly secluded, private and safe. Amazing views of both the jungle side and town side, and a killer top deck for a sunset lookout. Nancy was beyond helpful with dining/beach location/activity recommendations, transportation coordinating and overall communication all week long. If you’re looking for a chill, fun and rejuvenating experience in Sayulita, this home is the cherry on top. Cannot wait to come back! 🌞

This was our first time in Puerto Vallarta and what a beautiful place to stay my wife felt in love with everything and my family and I felt at home everyone in harbor 171 was very friendly and nice the kitchen was very well equipped and everything was very clean

Luis is a great host. Communicative and flexible. The location is extremely beautiful with an ocean view on the balcony. The place was very modern and clean and Luis even had some welcome treats for us, and a whole jug of filtered water included. The only thing I would say is that it’s located at a pretty steep hill so I wouldn’t recommend walking up and down it to go to places. Ubers have no problems for pick up though, so I would just do that. 5/5 would recommend staying at this beautiful place.

We wanted a quiet and relaxing vacation for our visit to Puerto Vallarta and this place was perfect. Ubers are inexpensive and it's easy to get to town. The restaurant next door was great for breakfast, lunch or a sunset dinner/evening. The restaurant staff was wonderful and we never had a disappointing dining experience. You can rent a chair & umbrella on their beach. The larger beach was a 5 min walk. Mane was very responsive when I contacted him. Sunsets and early morning moons were simply beautiful. The housekeeping service was wonderful! We plan to book again in the future.

The Casita is adorable and is just as pictures with a great view. It was hard to leave the patio. The location is great and an easy walk to the beach and town. This was our first visit to Sayulita , which is a lovely town, however the beach below the casita is very busy, lined with rows and rows of chairs and umbrellas for rent and each bar playing their own loud music, so the evenings on the beautiful patio were not quiet and we could hear the thumping of the music until the wee hours of the morning. We prefer less crowds so we spent our days on the quieter beaches, which is just a short walk away. Bring shampoo as there is none provided and a lighter in case you have to use it to light the stove and enjoy this beautiful Casita. We did. Thank you.

This is our second stay at Casa de Surf and we would never look elsewhere in Punta de Mita. The space is beautiful, comfortable and so convenient for experiencing the friendly atmosphere and welcoming town. Candice is an excellent host who makes traveling to her home easy and essentially seamless. She provides great information, recommendations and all the comforts of home. Visiting Punta de Mita and Casa de Surf will delight you and exceed your expectations. We were well cared for by the guards at the gate, who became our friends. We also received a referral for a private driver who took us to Puerta Vallarta, Sayulita and the airport. He is personable, courteous, dependable and a safe driver. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly prepared and felt instantly welcoming. The space is bright, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful details that made it feel like home. The rooms are large, the beds are super comfortable, and we slept so well every night. Waking up to the ocean view was a highlight. Anhai was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. She made everything easy and stress-free. Outside, the view is stunning and the whole place is quiet and peaceful. We loved having coffee on the terrace and just listening to the sound of the waves. The resort amenities were also excellent—clean, well-maintained, and convenient. It was a truly memorable stay and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

My husband, my granddaughter and I stayed for five days and only wish it could’ve been five months. The apartment was as described and absolutely comfortable and delightful. The location was excellent. We enjoyed walking around town, eating in different restaurants, swimming in the two pools. All in all, it’s a great place to relax, and we intend to come back.

The location is amazing We have already traveled extensively in the area and it is undoubtedly the best beach... fine sand, small waves, and few people. There are two very good restaurants a few steps from the house. Everyone who works at the house was very attentive to us. They left us chairs and an umbrella every morning on the beach and picked up my sunscreen when I accidentally left it in the pool. The kitchen could have had a few things - better knives, oil, etc. - and I highly recommend reading the rules carefully. We would definitely come back! We loved our stay. Thank you so much!!

Diana’s place was great. The location was amazing and the penthouse was fun to be at. We had a tiny issue with a key that was fixed immediately. A/C was also nice and wish it cooled a little better. Overall though, I’d definitely recommend this stay!

I've stayed at a lot of rentals, and this was by far the best. Alejandra was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. The location and view are amazing! I would have loved to stay longer. If I'm ever back in the Punta Mita area, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

It is one of the first apartments that, in my opinion, was really complete. I have stayed in other apartments on the beach and this one surprised me because it even had an umbrella, cart and chairs to spend a day at the beach. It's super complete in every way, you really don't need anything, which in my opinion was amazing. The beach is not really the most beautiful since it was difficult to enter because of so many stones, but right next to it is La Manzanilla and it's not much to ask. Alejandro was always attentive to us and helped us with every question we had, an excellent person. I would definitely go back to this same place.

One of the best AirBNB’s we’ve ever stayed at. It was spacious, extremely clean, gorgeous views, peaceful/quiet and the communication with Dario was amazing. They were so helpful and met us at check in to give us a tour of the condo. It has everything you would need for a beach vacation. It’s like being at home, but there’s a beautiful beach (not as rocky as the beach a little north) and great pool mere steps away. Beds are comfortable and works great. Restaurants and shopping are walkable and it doesn’t feel like a tourist location. If you rent a car, I’d recommend using Gecko in PV. Highly recommend Pamela’s place!

Everything was perfect, always attentive and responded very quickly, the place is definitely spectacular for a very pleasant stay! A plus is that they have chairs and a beach umbrella, which were very helpful! I would definitely come back and recommend it without thinking. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing host great service, definitely a 10/10 experience!!

This is our second time visiting Los Chonchos. Casa Hueso is the newest palapa and is beautifully decorated and clean. Jennifer was great at communicating and helping us find a driver from the airport to the pier whom we could trust with our luggage when we ran into the grocery store in PVR. My kids, 6 and 10, loved the swings around the kitchen island and all the seashells we found. Out of 24 palapas, around 3 or 4 are occupied full time, and others are vacation homes, of which a few rent; so it is quite secluded, with often private beaches. It is a special place and a paradise.
