Monthly Rentals in Punta de Tralca

Very well located apartment, with an excellent view, the beach is in front and several nearby places to walk. It is old, but very comfortable and has good equipment. I made the mistake of going with my dog sausage and pets were not accepted. I have always gone with her to Airbnb leases without a problem. Nicole escalated it to Airbnb, which she mediated in a great way and she had a very good attitude and willingness to resolve with additional charge. I am very grateful for the flexibility in this situation, in addition to being always available to give details of restaurants and others. I 100% recommend the place, the view is beautiful and the hostess is very close and friendly.

Good value for money :)

An incredible place to spend a few days relaxing and disconnecting from everything. It has a spectacular view and the quincho is a perfect place to spend the day with the family. Michelle is an excellent host, very friendly, flexible, precise directions, she answered at all times, always very concerned about all the details. We certainly hope to return next time.

I thank Viviane for leasing her house. The place is wonderful, the landscape, the gardens, you can see the sea in all its immensity.
