Beautiful brand new house, with unbeatable 1st line of sea views throughout the house. 10 mins walk from Pablo Neruda's house and 10 mins walk from the Tabo. In Isla Negra and El Tabo you will find exquisite restaurants and bars for walks. The private apartment available is located on the second floor of the house; it has a separate entrance for guests. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed plus a living room. Near Valparaiso and Santiago, this ecological cabin is located in a wonderful spot, near the beach and with sea landscapes. Surrounded by nature, it's a great place to relax and have a peaceful holiday, although near many coastal villages. You'll be able to enjoy nature, observe birds and, with luck, see foxes, monitos del monte (small marsupials, under extinction, which are protected in Chile) or others animals from the area.

It is located on a hill, so it has a height that allows for a wide view of the Pacific Ocean and its sunsets. It does not have its own indoor parking.
