Punat living - studio with a pool

This modern 24 m2 studio is located in a quiet street of Punat town, only 350m from the shop and 500m from the first beach and the promenade by the sea. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a private terrace. Studio is situated on the low ground floor of the house. The pool is shared with guests from the another apartment situated in the same house. Parking is in the yard. The pool opens on 01.06. and closes on 01.10. A/C and Wi-Fi are included in the price.

Apartment can accommodate 2 people. It has a room with balcony, one double bed and small bathroom . We provide towels and bed linen. Kitchen is well equipped. Next to the kitchen there's a smaller bathroom with shower. We provide you free private parking in the yard below of the house. House is situated in quiet neighborhood. Distance from center is 300 meters, and from the first beach 900 meters. There is a supermarket 300 meters from the apartment.

Studio apartment Otto is located in the center of Punta just 800 meters from the beach. This air-conditioned apartment has everything you need for a family or romantic getaway. Guests can use WiFi for free, and the unit has towels and linens. The apartment consists of a kitchen, dining room, room and bathroom, and guests have access to free parking. Bus station is 300 m away and Rijeka Airport is 30 km away. Pets are welcome.

A studio is a separate property in the backyard of a family home. Located in the shade, a quiet and comfortable corner. In the studio there is a French bed ,and a single bed, TV, wardrobe, kitchen, toilet with shower, table and 4 chairs, air conditioning . In front of the studio on the outdoor area, a table and two chairs. 5 min walk from the center and 200m from the sea. The guest receives a parking ticket.

This big apartment is equipped with everything You need! Our position is very kid friendly - the first playground is a 5 minute stroll, and the bigger beach is only a short car ride away (1,8km). There You can find our water slides with a sea water pool (see pictures)! The first round is on us :)
