We were hosted very well personally by Christine who quickly gave us all the info about the apartment. It is very well located in the heart of the city while being quiet, from the terrace we only heard the birds singing. The premises were very clean and the amenities functional. The bed (140 cm) is rather firm. We had a great time.

We had a pleasant stay at this place. It met all our criteria: it is spacious for a large family (7 adults and 3 children), very well furnished, clean, the neighborhood is quiet and close to the center of Béziers. The barbecue on the beautiful flowered terrace is a real plus. Priscille was a welcoming, very responsive, attentive and available host. She really took great care of us, the "traveler's favorite" mention is well deserved. We felt right at home.

Listing is as described. Very clean and with all the essentials for staying there (and as a bonus, small touches☺️). Ideally located for visiting and enjoying the city on foot. A peaceful haven and charming neighbors. Elodie was very responsive and flexible. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Our stay for our friend's bachelorette party was great! The house is spacious, clean and tidy. The pool was heated so we could enjoy it! The house is ideally located and is only 10 minutes' drive to nearby restaurants The host is responsive and was able to answer all our questions before our arrival. Benjamin who took care of check-in and check-out was great too! We really enjoyed our weekend and highly recommend this place, which met our expectations.

A charming home with tasteful and super well-equipped decor. The garden/terrace area is very nice with the hot tub. It feels like a vacation home. A lovely french townhouse in the peaceful village of Caunes-minnervois. The space is lovely, especially the rooftop terrace and associated living room. Definitely worth what we paid. Host helpful throughout. Limited stuff to do in the surrounding area, but definitely a place for a more relaxing holiday. Would highly recommend!

Never given a 5 star review for everything before but Christophe deserves it hands down. Everything we needed was available in the property and Christophe supplied all the information from how to use to local attractions. He even visited to welcome us 😊. I would without hesitation recommend both Christophe and his lovely property and would rebook without a second thought.

We had a great time at Nina's place, which was very welcoming, just like her host! It is cool in these hot days, the interior is very cozy and comfortable and it is quiet. The small village is also charming. Nina was attentive to our comfort and very friendly. I highly recommend it!

Perfect stay with friends. The inner courtyard is very nice and quiet. The inside of the house is very functional and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. To be preferred with families or groups of friends. The village shops are close and the proximity to the canal makes the place idyllic! Alexandre is very available and welcoming. All the ingredients are there to have a perfect stay!

We were hosted very well, the hosts had taken care to put water and a melon in the fridge for our arrival. The apartment is in a good location, we were able to do everything on foot. Communication is very easy. We recommend these truly caring hosts.

We stayed at the house for a week at the end of May. Everything is beautifully renovated, pleasant to live in and very quiet in front of a wooded garden (no neighbors opposite). The house is comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. There are also 3 restaurants in Peyriac and a bakery right next door. Parking in the village is limited to residents and you have to ask Robert for a "visitor" badge.

Apartment as described, clean, bright. Close to the market halls (5-minute walk) Close to the big buffets (20-minute walk) and close to the city center! Smiling welcome from our host. Flexible checkout. Easy to park. I recommend it 100%

What a lovely place to stay. So quiet but had everything we needed. Lovely to meet Thomasina who was waiting to welcome us.

Good quiet place to explore the area. Cities like Narbonne and Beziers nearby, beautiful hiking locations and varied beaches; from busy tourist beaches to beaches that you almost have to yourself. Apartment well equipped with necessities. Friendly host who is proud of his location. In the street, it was a bit messy due to sewer or other similar work, so we had to search for a while at first. Parking is not possible directly at the apartment, but in a public parking lot, a few streets away. Delicious bakery on the square 100 meters walk

Alexandre is very responsive, well-located apartment and very good location for doing everything on foot. Quiet and superb good bedding. I recommend it for a couple passing through for a few days. We'll be back.
