Vacation rentals with lake access in Puerto Aventuras

AMAZING VILLA AND HOSTS! Family of 6 and had more than enough room for everyone. We really enjoyed the smaller roof top pool due to the views and it was a bit warmer at night. House was clean and furniture was beautiful! It’s not really walking distance to anything, but Akumal is a 5 min drive and has lots to offer. Highly suggest Imelda’s Ecocina for breakfast and Turtle Bay Cafe for tacos. Went twice to each during our stay. We saw about 8-10 what we originally thought were monkey playing in the backyard for 30 mins or so (still not sure what they were but it was a cool experience). There were BIG and small iguanas all over the back which was so cool!!! We loved it!! I can’t say enough about the hosts Marcela… I have never experienced a host as friendly and as responsive as she was. I bugged her every day and she always responded immediately and provided such great recommendations for our family! My mom left her phone in the house and Marcela took it to Fedex same day. El lugar está muy tranquilo, seguro y muy cerca de todos los lugares de entretenimiento que puedas buscar en playa del carmen. La hospitalidad que brinda Claudia es inigualable, siempre muy atenta agradecidos estamos por todas las atenciones que nos brindo y muy buenas recomendaciones que nos hizo. En definitiva regresaremos, por que nos hizo sentir no que solo estábamos en casa sino que nos hizo sentir como si fuéramos alguien de su familia.

This was our first family vacation and we couldn’t have done it at a better place. The house literally had everything and more that you expect at a vacation home. With multiple pools and jacuzzis, I didn’t think it could be topped, until we walked into our very own private cenote! It was truly hard to leave this morning, the kids wanted more time at the house. It’s big and spacious and very private. The host are really helpful and sweet, with a cleaning lady that was kind and respectful of space and time. If you need any restaurant or activity recommendations, just ask Fabrizio, he was a great help. I plan on returning to playa de Carmen and when I do I hope this house is available. Can’t thank the hosts enough for trusting us with their home/ paradise (as the kids called it). Until next time.

Excelente ubicación, muy cómoda y funcional

We enjoyed the stay from the very first moment. The apartment, it´s kitchen, bathroom all is brand new. At the same time it feels modern and cozy. The balcony is great and we loved how quiet and peaceful the entire area is. The communication was working very well also. We´d be happy to come back to Puerto Aventuras and for sure would select this place again!

Simone’s cenote retreat was a dream! We loved our time in the jungle at this special villa. Very comfortable couch and beds, a well appointed kitchen and amazing surroundings. We got to swim in two private cenotes on the property and woke up early to see sleeping monkeys in the treetops from the giant deck. We are already dreaming about returning. Thank you for hosting us!

The house was largely as described, the kitchen had everything needed for anything we wanted to prepare. The hosts were incredibly responsive to minor issues and they were addressed promptly and with great communication to ensure our comfort. The only issues were one bedroom was described as a queen bed but had two (I think) twins or fulls. The guestbook provided had many great places to visit, the homes proximity to both Puerto Morales and Playa provides a long list of options for dining and things to do. We would definitely visit again and stay at this house.

Wonderful accommodation from Solmarrentals. Good location. Cozy and spacious apartment with a large kitchen. In the yard there is a large swimming pool, near which we were almost alone. Very responsive owner. Thank you for your help and quick responses. We spent wonderful 13 days with you. Thank you very much. We recommend this accommodation to everyone.

We had a great time at the Gran Peninsula and this condo is beautiful! It was spacious and comfortable for our group of 6. We enjoyed the balcony every morning. It’s a little further away from the marina than we are used to. You’ll definitely want a golf cart or a car during your stay to get around town. The new Central Park area has a couple of eateries and is walkable, there’s also a nice gym across the street and a restaurant next door. A couple of minor things to note: We were only provided one face cloth, hand towel and bath towel per person for a seven night stay. They did however bring us more upon request but only one more wash cloth per person. The A/C wasn’t working upon arrival but they were responsive and were able to get it up and running within a short period of time. All in all a great stay!

Es un penthouse bastante amplio, me hospedé con mi familia de 8 personas de edades entre 14-70 años y estuvimos muy cómodos, cada uno con su espacio, su baño, un jacuzzi privado con vista al mar, pero también estaba la alberca por si todos se querían meter. El espacio se siente nuevo, bien equipado, la cocina increíble con todo lo necesario para cocinar lo que quieras. Las camas muy cómodas, con sábanas muy ricas, todo se sinto muy elegante. Hasta hay lavadora (que no usamos) Les recomiendo ampliamente este espacio si lo que buscan es privacidad, relajarse, vistas hermosas y la comodidad de un hogar.

Puerto Aventuras et le logement sont fantastiques, tranquilles et agréables à y séjourner. La piscine sur le bord de la lagune est très grande et le lieu est magnifique. L'équipement du logement est très complet; tout pour cuisiner, 2 salles de bain avec grandes douches, 2 grandes chambres spacieuses et lits confortables, 2 vélos pour se promener dans le village, 2 chaises de plage, la terrasse du logement avec une table pour manger à l'extérieur est très sympa ! La manager Sabrina a été vraiment très gentille pour nous accommoder et faciliter notre séjour. Je vous recommande des vacances à ce logement.

We stayed in a well designed ground floor apartment with 3 rooms/ 3 baths. Big living room, dining table and the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen. There is a shared pool just outside a sliding door, with an outdoors table and a couple chaisse longue at your disposal. We cooked most of our meals and ate outside overlooking the pier watching the yachts pass along. The rooms were quiet with big bathrooms, , a desk and a chair, but the beds were not that comfortable. The apartment is situated less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and the dolphin area where all the restaurants are located. Also walking distance from 2 minimarkets, a greengrocer's and a butcher's. Puerto Aventuras is a very safe walkable gated community for tourists, with beautiful nature and a delightful beach area, even though when we visited the hotel/beach resort was having renovations so the beach looked empty.

The host was always responsive. He had co-hosts on the property that would promptly help in anyway. The communication was amazing! The condo was clean and beautiful. Great wi-fi for work or school.

Great stay at their Marina Mia apartment. Puerto Aventuras is quite a large gated community of condos, houses, apartments and hotels, there is a large marina backed complex of bars, restaurants and shops and this apartment is easily walkable to both the main beaches and the Marina in around 10-15 minutes but if you want a golf buggy these are rentable from a few different vendors. The apartment has loads of space and the facilities are excellent, the bed in the master bedroom is so big and comfy. Fans and air con worked well. It is really well equipped, though the listing said snorkelling equipment was there so we didn't bring ours, this wasn't the case and there's plenty to see, particularly in the nearby cenotes so that was a shame. We needed to buy bin bags water and toilet rolls, totally forgot they were offering bikes which would have been great so can't review that bit! Highly recommend this apartment and Miguel was helpful and fast to respond to questions throughout our stay.

What a phenomenal time! I’ve been coming to Playa at least once a year since 2020 and this property is the best I’ve stayed! The condo is very spacious, all of it: bedrooms, baths, living area and full of light with triple height ceiling. Right outside living room there’s your own private terrace with chaise lounges/table set for a more private rest if you don’t want to be in the common areas. A few beautiful stone steps down and you’re in the magnificent pool area of the complex with it’s olympic size pool for amazing lap swimming. Complex is chic, elegant with amazing landscape that keeps units very private; ambiance is overall relaxing and respectful and tons of beautiful lounges for everyone. Cherry on top? Hamacas in the pool, and great fitness center. Everything was perfection! Communication easy and friendly thanks to Claudio, property manager. My family and I loved it and can’t wait to be back!
