We were able to enjoy relaxing days in your wonderful, rustic house, right on the lake. We particularly liked that there was a toilet on each floor and mosquito nets on each window. Giulia was very friendly and available at all times... Thank you 👍

Very nice house with everything you need and a great garden. Very good location. Quickly at the lake. There were 4 of us with our dog. The only annoying thing was the 4 dogs in the neighbor's kennel, who often barked. Otherwise great.

The house is very quiet and lulled by the sound of the river. The excellent bedding contributes to the restful nights we spent in the rooms with a great view. The impeccable and spacious garden, the barbecue and the tavern won us over. We had an amazing stay! Thank you Fabrizio!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Lidia's place in Lake Como. The home was charming, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking—waking up to that scenery was a highlight of our trip! Lidia was kind and welcoming, offering great recommendations for local restaurants, ferry routes, and places to explore around the lake. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. This was truly one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed, and we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our Lake Como trip so special!

Elena is really responsive and friendly. The house is spacious, very well equipped and nice. BBQ grill, view and hot tub everything comes together for a great stay. We are 100% satisfied

Dream and charming place, amazing views and very well equipped. the garden and the terraces are magical. the house has been refurbished with very high standards, like a family home. the lake is to be seen from every widow, from a peaceful small village. it is important to note that you need to be in shape as there are a short uphill climbing for a few minutes from the parking lot, but it worth every effort!!! and eva is very kind, many thanks for the great holiday !!

The place is as shown in the pictures. You have everything you need. The kitchen was also equipped with spices and oil. We enjoyed the time and especially the great view very much. Approximately 10-15 minutes' walk from the property, there is access to the lake. However, bathing shoes are an advantage here. Since we had a big car, it was difficult for us to get in or out of the parking lot. It is not possible to turn around here. Unfortunately, this was also very muddy due to water. We usually parked a little further down in the paid parking spaces. This was a much more comfortable solution. Simona really did a great job and was available to us at all times. She also gave us great tips on what to do in the area. In case of problems and questions, she always helped immediately.

Fantastic location to enjoy the como beaches and activities and restaurants and town of Colico Villa itself is fantastic to relax with great outdoor seating and pool area (which was lovely to cool off from the sun but still a nice ~20/22 degrees)

We stayed in the entire property for one night and had the space all to ourselves. The location is accessible and I would say the view of the unique landscape! Excellent availability for variable check-in and check-out times. Kitchen on the third floor a little uncomfortable But the terraces have a lovely location with breathtaking views! Tidy, clean villa equipped with every comfort. Beautiful experience, we highly recommend it!

What an absolutely beautiful location and home right along the shore of Lake Como. We were blown away by the hospitality of the hosts from Iwona meeting us and the stocked refrigerator. Iwona gave us recommendations for places to eat in the area and was very helpful our entire stay. We were there off season so the weather wasn’t as pristine but the location and views made up for it. The home is very unique with plenty of space. It was very comfortable. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Lake Como and hope to visit again during the summer so we can enjoy all of the amenities!

Roberta’s home is amazing. It is close to the lake and the town, and yet peaceful. You’ll feel right at home here.

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

We were seven adults with two dogs in Erika's house and felt very comfortable. The garden is completely fenced so that the dogs could run freely. Two cars fit in the driveway without problems - and with the location of the house you can reach almost everything on foot. Erika is super nice and helpful. She immediately made us feel welcome! The house has everything you need. The beds "in the children's room" may be a little too small for large Nordmen :D But otherwise we really enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back. All the best for the season!

We had an amazing vacation and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing time at Lake Como. The surroundings were breath taking and while the villa is in a quiet location, you can walk to the lake in about 30 minutes. Our pup also had the time of his life being able to run in a completely fenced in yard.

Thank you for the great time. Apart from the driveway, everything was great. The outdoor and indoor kitchens are superbly equipped, the saltwater pool is clean, there is a small private lake access. The view will take your breath away. The accommodation is relatively remote, so the city is not so super fast within walking distance. There were 7 of us and we are all super satisfied and would love to come back :)

We had an idyllic stay for two in the very pleasant accommodation with magnificent views from the accommodation and from the superb pool . Very well-located accommodation to radiate on the North of the lake. Stefano welcomed us with a big smile , showed us the apartment down to the last detail and was available throughout the stay . An all-round successful stay! The host was super friendly and flexible – we were even able to check in earlier, which was very accommodating to us. The place was just as described: very clean, well equipped and cozy. Everything worked smoothly – from check-in to the stay to the uncomplicated check-out. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

We spent a lovely weekend here with the kids and some friends. We love Colico and this is a great spot to enjoy it from , though to note you need a car to avoid long hot walks.
