We spent a weekend with friends on the lake to kite, Raffaella was impeccable, everything was perfect, a really nice and helpful person. The house is exactly as described and in the photos, everything is super neat and clean. The house is really nice and quiet in a peaceful area, super recommended

We had a fantastic and memorable trip! The accommodation was private and the well fenced garden was very much appreciated by our dog. The mountain/valley view is just like the picture; breathtaking and peaceful. At least two official hiking trails are walkable directly from the accommodation and are very scenic with views of the surrounding lakes and mountains. We appreciated the little touches like the wall photos showing surrounding towns. It was nice to see the historical photos of the building and the investment made in the restoration and enhancement made in modernizing the building (while preserving its character). Not doable without a car, but I would say the same for Como in general. Parking at the accommodation was no issue.

Maria's place is fantastic! You Can use grill, sun in the afternoos is shinig thru big windows. internet connection is fast and stable so You can work from home or watch Netflix. You Can use is as a proper seconda home. Maria is helpful and outgoing person. I can 100% recommend

We stayed at the place for a week and were very satisfied! The view of Lake Como is a dream, as well as the terrace and the nearby beach! It is very quiet, the adjacent houses (3) were rarely occupied and if so, by very quiet and friendly people. The place was clean and especially the new kitchen and very well liked (new stove, washing machine incl. Tumbler, very great amenities - you will find everything you need)! Practical with a toddler: A separate room that can be darkened (children's room). Communication with Elena was always very courteous on her part, we felt very comfortable! Couple of small points: - The car cannot be parked directly at the house, which in our case (with baby) was a bit cumbersome. - The basement of the apartment is - if it is rainy - rather dark - The doors upstairs "squeak / creak" - was not optimal for the baby's sleep

We had a lovely stay in Gravedona. Francesca was always available and very flexible. The place has a very nice promenade (right outside the door) and a great beach, especially for children, which is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is on the ground floor, very reassured as the house is surrounded by greenery and gardens. There is no through traffic here as it is located in the backyard directly to the lake. The access to the lake is locked by a door, which may be used with a paddle board from Francesca. This is good, otherwise all holiday guests of the different apartments would walk by. We felt comfortable and thank Francesca. Tip: Rent a boat in Dongo, behind the Iperal or enjoy the lake by the beach. The best ice cream is on the promenade just in front of the church.

We really enjoyed the apartment and the beautiful garden. The apartment is excellently equipped – there is everything you need for cooking and for a relaxing stay. The large garden is designed with a lot of love and offers a fantastic view of Lake Como. There is even a barbecue area where you can barbecue wonderfully overlooking the lake. From the entire complex as well as from the windows, you have a fantastic view of the water. The center of Gravedona with its charming cafes and good restaurants is about 15 minutes walking distance. In just 5–10 minutes by car, there are several large supermarkets with a very good selection of groceries. Grazia always responded very quickly and kindly – a lovely, helpful and warm hostess! The next time we visit Lake Como, we will definitely come back – we fell in love with this place, the garden and the view. Clear recommendation!

Very friendly and helpful landlord. The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description, great view of the lake, very clean and spacious apartment. Restaurants, shopping facilities, beach, etc., within walking distance. Landlords always help with tips and excursions in the area. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely come again.

This place was very cozy and clean. The view was so beautiful from the terrace. Also the host Melissa was very friendly

it is one of the remarkable places. we enjoyed alot. the place is cozy on the lake Como with hot tub and beautiful garden. enjoying the tub on the magnificent view on day and night 🌙🌏. garden is equipped with everything also the BBQ. home is cozy and every tiny spot has been used. communication with Alex and leonardo was perfect they response anytime even on midnight. they described everything at home through the check in. thanks for the late check out you made our day ren smooth and no need to rush in the morning special with kids and driving back to the Netherlands. neighborhood is more family vibes and quite the place is not 100% full privacy, we were lucky because we were alone in the building. the road to the accommodation is a bit tricky due to up hill to mountain ⛰️ Definitely we will come back.

Our 5 days at the Casa were very successful. Check-in and contact with the hosts was easy and quick. Perfect location, fantastic beach, great bar right next to the Casa. Not loud at all despite the direct proximity to the campsite. Amenities were as described. We didn't miss anything. Thanks a lot!
