Two large windows that open transom makes the room very bright, with the possibility to look out to enjoy the beautiful surrounding landscape. Opportunity to hike in the mountains without the use of means of transport, school of surfing, sailing, kite surfing, boat trips. The city of Lecco is located 30km, 80km Milan, Como, 50km, 40km to the border with Switzerland, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna can be reached easily by ferry or hydrofoil. In winter, the ski resorts of the Valtellina (Madesimo, Bormio, Chiesa Valmalenco) are less than an hour's drive.

Luogo tranquillo nel centro del paese di Colico a circa 400 metri dal lago di Como. A pochi passi sono presenti tutti i servizi: negozi di alimentari, bar, ristoranti, banche e posta. Our traditional and typical house is situated on the western shore of Lake Como, north of Menaggio. A great view overlooking the central lake with lengths up to 20 Km will delight you. The enclosed garden has ample parking space for car or bike. Please note that our house is quit simple, so don't expect anything above price level. Ristrutturata di recente con a vista sottotetto in legno antico. Ampia ed accogliente, con panoramica vista lago e una camera da letto su soppalco. Come riscaldamento abbiamo una bella stufa a legna in ghisa ,facile da accendere e subito crea un ambiente caldo e romantico! la legna si pagherà a parte alla alla consegna!
