Beachfront vacation rentals in Province of Sondrio

Abbiamo terminato da poco il nostro soggiorno presso questo comodo appartamento. Essendo già stata a Verceia, sapevo già che mi sarei trovata comoda come posizione con i miei due figli piccoli e mia madre che ha problemi di mobilità, e questo appartamento è stato davvero una manna dal cielo. Nessuna scala da affrontare ne discese o salite ripide per raggiungere i punti d’interesse che ci interessavano. Infatti si trova a pochi passi da un alimentari, dal bar, dalla passeggiata del lago, da una piccola ma bellissima spiaggietta con una bella sabbionaia per i bambini già provvista di giochi per giocare con la sabbia, e dal parco giochi del paese. Insomma tutto davvero comodo compreso ovviamente anche l’appartamento che è bello spazioso e ben tenuto, con tutto l’occorrente che può servire e in caso mancasse qualcosa, Paolo sicuramente farà in modo di procurarvela. Spendo infine due parole proprio sull’host, che si è dimostrato davvero attento e premuroso. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente ☺️

Wir durften entspannende Tage in deinem wunderbaren, rustikalen Haus, direkt am See geniessen. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass es auf jeder Etage eine Toilette und Mückennetze an jedem Fenster gehabt hat. Giulia war sehr freundlich und jeder Zeit erreichbar... Dankeschön 👍

Spędziliśmy niesamowite 4 dni w San Siro w Casa Garibaldi. Świetna lokalizacja. Apartament bardzo czysty w pełni wyposażony, jest wszystko co potrzebne. Ogromnym plusem jest zejście tuż obok do plaży, która znajduje się praktycznie pod balkonem apartamentu. Bardzo się cieszę, że trafiliśmy do Cristiny ☺️

Absolutely magical stay in Bellano! The view over Lake Como is breathtaking — truly panoramic — and rivals luxury hotels at a fraction of the cost. Bellano is the perfect base: direct train from Milan (we were even picked up at the station by one of Giovanni’s lovely friends — what a luxurious and warm welcome!), ferries to Varenna, Bellagio & Menaggio, but far less crowded. We were so happy to retreat here after sightseeing. The town has several excellent restaurants within walking distance, and the apartment itself is full of charm, art, and character. Giovanni is an outstanding host — friendly, helpful, and even cooked us the best lasagna we’ve ever had as part of a delicious homemade 4-course meal. He also shared great tips for boat rentals and local dining. Every terrace and window has an unforgettable view. This place had high ratings and still exceeded our expectations. We didn’t want to leave and are already dreaming of returning. A true gem — can’t recommend enough!

This is the perfect place. You can see the park-like setting and the lake and the snow covered mountains beyond. It is also entertaining to watch the windsurfers and hydrofoils racing all over the lake. We ate dinner every night at the delightful restaurant just a short walk away. We loved the fact that they sent us home with fresh croissants for breakfast.

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern vorzufinden. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist auch mit Gewürzen und Öl ausgestttet gewesen. Wir haben die Zeit und vorallem den tollen Ausblick sehr genossen. Ca. 10-15 Minuten Fußweg von der Unterkunft gibt es einen Zugang zum See. Badeschuhe sind hier allerdings von Vorteil. Da wir ein großes Auto hatten, war es für uns schwierig auf den Parkplatz zu gelangen bzw wieder raus. Wenden ist hier nicht möglich. Leider war dieser auch durch Wasser sehr matschig. Wir haben meistens ein bisschen weiter unten auf den kostenpflichtigen Plätzen geparkt. Das war eine wesentlich komfortablere Lösung. Simona hat wirklich einen super Job gemacht und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Sie hat und auch tolle Tipps gegeben, was man in der Umgebung machen kann. Bei Problemen und Fragen hat sie immer sofort ausgeholfen.

Aniko & Marco’s place is beautiful. It’s authentic and gives such a beautiful experience. The view is breathtaking and Como Lake is such a pretty place for romantic vacation. Aniko & Marco give fast answers and are very kind. We recommend.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits chez Rita et nous sommes ravis ! L appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et les jeux extérieurs. L'accès à proximité du lac est super ! Nous recommandons vivement. Merci Rita .

Maria Teresa et Paolo sont d'excellents hôtes, ils ont été très sympathiques et de bon conseil tout au long du séjour. La communication était top (en anglais dans notre cas) et ils ont été très compréhensifs. Le logement est idéalement situé au bord du lac, au centre de Colico et avec une vue époustouflante sur le lac, surtout depuis le balcon. Le logement est également très fonctionnel, bien équipé ; les hôtes avaient même généreusement laissé des condiments et du café pour nous, entres autres, et impeccable niveau propreté. L'accès à la piscine est un plus appréciable pour l'appartement qui est déjà parfait. La ville de Colico est parfaite pour profiter de diverses activités aquatiques ou non (vélo, randonnée...) et le bateau permet de facilement visiter les autres villes d'intérêt au bord du lac de Côme. Pour résumer, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans des conditions optimales. Je ne peux que recommander !!!

It was really nice place and we enjoyed the time and also the nature. Play area and pool was good and also maintained. If you want to relax with drink and snacks they have nice restaurant. I would like to highlight that the utensils provided in the kitchen where practice and in good condition.

Super Lage, alles wichtige fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr schöner Pool-Bereich und super aufmerksamer Gastgeber.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Von der Unterkunft ist der Ausblick auf den See fantastisch und die Poolalage ist sehr Ordentlich.

Our stay at Yury’s place in bellano was amazing!!! The location cannot be beat and it is super close to the beach on the lake. We even rented an umbrella at a restaurant on the beach and stayed there all day enjoying the sun and water. Yury was extremely responsive and he thought of all the extra details for his guests staying at his flat, which made the stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. The town of bellano is wonderful and because the flat is so close to everything, it makes all the shops and restaurants very accessible and there is a beautiful promenade along the lake for walking. One of the best things for us is that there was also a designated parking spot right in front of the flat which makes life so much easier when you are driving a car! I highly recommend Yury’s flat if you are planning on staying at lake Como, it was perfect and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Vi havde et rigtig godt ophold i lejligheden. En helt igennem fantastisk udsigt ud over Como-søen. Super Wi-Fi-internetadgang, et fint moderniseret køkken, flot badeværelse og et par rummelige soveværelser. Beliggenheden er rigtig god ift. videre udflugter, fx bådtur ved Comolakeboats, Le cascate dell'acquafraggia (vandfald) samt byen Chiavenna. Jeg anbefaler trygt denne bolig til andre. Udlejeren bor ved siden af, men er meget diskret, venlig og hurtig til at respondere.

Die Terrasse in Südseite mit Blick auf den See und die Berge ist einfach nur genial. Es war sehr ruhig und erholsam und einfach nur schön, auf die Landschaft zu schauen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, es hat an gar nichts gefehlt. Mit SUP, Surfbrett, etc. kann man direkt vor dem Appartement ins Wasser gehen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

logement impeccable. nous avons été accueillis avec des petits cadeaux de bienvenue. literie très bonne. l'appartement est tout proche d'une petite plage où nous avons pu nous baigner tous les jours après nos marches. le bus très pratique passe en haut de la rue. nous avons découvert le sentier via Regina qui nous permettait de rallier Aquaseria à Menaggio à pied , principalement sur une route dédiée aux piétons et vélos. logement très calme. nous avons passé de très belles vacances 🤩

L'appartement est très agréable. Il faut juste trouver la bonne organisation pour vivre sur les 2 niveaux. En juillet, la terrasse était vraiment très bien soir et matin, mais trop chaude pour le midi. Les cloches des villages sont assez présentes et les motos souvent indélicates mais c'est aussi le charme de l'Italie. Dans le village, les commerçants sont très sympathiques. Ne pas hésiter à faire vos courses chez eux, il y a l'essentiel. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et Rixt est une hôte très attentionnée. Même à distance, elle organise au mieux les choses. Les personnes sur place chargées de nous accueillir sont compétentes et sympathiques. Rien à redire. Merci pour tout!

Our stay at Federica's place was absolutely perfect in all kind of ways! Especially the communication with Federica was really fast and helpful - once we had a blackout on a sunday morning (because of our own fault) and Federica's mother was helping us immediately! Wieder einmal sehr schön gewesenim Bella Italia! Wer Ruhe und Entspannung braucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Nähe zum See, die Restaurants, die Bars und die freundlichen einheimischen sind immer wieder ein Besuch wert. Die Gastgeber Mariarosa und Simone sind wundervolle Menschen. Vielen Dank für die hausgemachte Marmelade 🥰 Wir werden wieder kommen!

Alloggio molto carino e curato in ogni dettaglio, pulito e fornito di tutti i confort per un ottimo soggiorno. Molto bella la parte esterna dotata anche di cuscino e ciotole per gli ospiti pelosi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Super séjour avec une belle vue sur le lac de Côme ! Facile d’accès sans voiture par le train, la gare de colico est à proximité et nous nous sommes déplacé en ferry pour visiter donc très pratique ! Je recommande !
