Beautiful apartment to stay in. Well equipped, comfortable beds, the terrace is a lovely place to sit and the view is spectacular. Porto Istana beach is the most beautiful of all the beaches we visited, crystal clear waters, and only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. It was really useful to have tips from Marco about the area, including places to visit, such as the walk around the coast to Porto San Paolo, and La Tavernetta Beach Bar. (Highly recommend!) Martin and Monica were contactable if we needed anything. Lovely people, so friendly and so eager to help. Thanks so much Marco, we had such a lovely stay in your place… didn’t want to leave!

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a land hedgehog visited us, curious but discreet. Very cool house inside, a pleasant surprise for the start of summer. Unexpected amenities in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious after-dinner housework. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a large and bright dining room. And surprise... free Wi-Fi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

Lovely house in delightful garden, immediately behind the beach. In May the area, including the beaches, was quiet and relaxed. We loved it. Thanks Antonio and Stella.

Beautiful location on the hills behind the Costa Rossa. Our son loved playing in the garden, at sunset on the shady terrace dinner was a pleasure. Birdsong, otherwise hardly any sounds. Great beaches in the vicinity. Martina was very welcoming. With Google Translate, the translation into German also worked. We highly recommend the place.

We felt super comfortable in Annemarie's house! It was a warm, welcoming feeling. Everything you needed was available. Communication worked out great. Christian was always there when you needed help, and he was also very nice and attentive. The location is extremely nice and quiet, perfect to unwind. In a few minutes, we were in the small town and also on the water. The view was breathtaking. We loved it very much & will be happy to come back!! Thank you

We booked this stay for 3 nights. On arrival our host greeted us and provided a thorough tour/induction. Very friendly and couldn’t fault. Before arriving they provided clear instructions on how to arrive at the destination and provided excellent communication throughout. The home was spotless and they provided plenty of amenities and nice touches to make our stay enjoyable. The detail and care they provided was 10/10. If we had any questions we would hear back from them asap. The views outside were unreal. I would recommend you have a car to access this Airbnb as it’s high up and to travel the island its easier to drive which luckily we did otherwise taxi’s would be very expensive. The home is situated down some steps and is the bottom half of there home which is completely separated and the hosts live above in the main home but it doesn’t feel like you are disturbed or anything at all. They have local shops and great restaurants 5 mins away. Thank you for everything. 10/10.

Great place to stay, well equipped with a huge and well-kept garden! Everything was clean and we felt comfortable. Communication with Chiara was quick and very friendly. You need a car, yet the accommodation is well located to quickly reach the city, beaches or other excursion destinations. I'd be happy to come back 😃

Beautiful apartment with a great location, easy to walk into the centre of town. Really clean with great amenities and thoughtful touches like chargers next to the bed etc.

Anna and her husband welcomed us very warmly from the beginning and were available for questions during our stay. We can't (yet) speak Italian, but by email no problem. Very, very friendly and helpful, the two of them! The place has everything you need. Clean, good kitchen equipment and bathroom accessories. The beach chairs & umbrella for the beach were especially great. The location of the apartment is top, in a quiet side street. Bus stations and main street with shopping and shopping facilities but within 5 minutes, including the best breakfast cafe "Tiramisu", delicious pizza shops "Juma" and Roberto's "Pizzeria Voglia di Pizza". Our stay in Sardinia was amazing! Maria was incredibly kind and welcoming, going out of her way to recommend great local restaurants and even surprising us with traditional Sardinian sweets. The space was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and cozy beds. The views were stunning, and the beach access was unbeatable. Everything exceeded our expectations — we’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!

Paola‘s house has a breathtaking view from the huge terrace. We loved it very much and enjoyed our stay there immensely. Paola was very kind and helpful. She shared her favorite restaurants and even made the reservations for us. She also was very flexible with the check out, so we could relax a little more on our last day. It was very appreciatated.

We spent two nights at this property. We especially liked that many things are within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we were never in the lounge or garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen, we found almost everything. Nicola helped us with the olive oil😊. We have very nice vacation days in Tamaras apartment. The apartment is tastefully decorated and conveys a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. The location in the village is perfect and communication with the host is excellent. Thank you again for the very successful vacation days.

A beautiful detached villa in a private vacation home complex with several terraces and breathtaking sea views on all sides. In good weather you can see as far as Corsica and have the sunset directly in front of you over the sea. Very quiet. Very nice beaches in the immediate vicinity, easily accessible by car. On site, a very friendly welcome and very good and smooth communication with the host Alessandro. We enjoyed our time there with our 3 children! A great family place!

We felt comfortable from the first moment. We have never been so warmly welcomed and we are so grateful for all the delicacies and small gifts you have provided for us. You've always thought of us. Be it the extra beach umbrella or the cooler bag. You were always available immediately when we needed help. In addition, we enjoyed the peace and quiet very much. The children were able to let off steam and wanted to stay there. We too. We cooked a lot ourselves, which was really fun with this wonderfully equipped kitchen. Riccardo is very kind and responsive, and provided many recommendations. The house is beautiful and the patio is proper luxury! Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay + a stacked kitchen. A quick walk to the little neighborhood cove! We would love to come back.

We had a great time in Alghero. The terrace and roof terrace were simply fantastic. The kitchen is a bit small, but sufficient for smaller dishes.

We had the pleasure of living in the beautiful house, very well equipped, we lacked nothing. A quiet and safe area within walking distance of a small beach and a snack bar for lunches. The small village of Porto Pozzo is less than 5 km away where you can find restaurants and a grocery store. The owner of this house is very thoughtful and responded quickly to our messages. We recommend this property without hesitation.

My partner and I slept 5 nights in Maria's apartment. Maria, her husband and daughter Erica are very friendly and accommodating hosts. Erica (even speaks German) gave us many valuable tips for excursions, restaurants, etc. upon arrival. Maria surprised us with a very delicious homemade nut cake. We were also allowed to help ourselves to the rosemary and sage in the garden. The place is very clean, stylish and has its own charm. The kitchen is equipped in a minimalist way, but with everything you need for cooking. There are screens on all the windows and doors. The view from the terrace is very nice and unique. The lovely cat Rosalie greeted us every day on the terrace and was happy to receive some petting. We definitely recommend this place.

We had a magical stay at Lorenzo’s home last week. The views were utterly amazing! The house itself was well equipped very spacious and very private. Andressa was our liaison and was super friendly with anything we needed. Arranged a ride from the airport and excursions for us. Would highly recommend!!!! 5 *****’s!

We spent a week at the villa and thoroughly enjoyed our days with our three children (8, 6 & 4) at the pool, in the garden and at the nearby sea. Maria is a super host! She responded immediately and kindly to any concerns we had. The only slight downside is that waste disposal is a bit complicated, but manageable. If we’re ever in the area again, we will definitely book this house once more 😉
