Unique things to do in Province of Sassari

We will walk and ride a Jeep trough the rows of our vineyards located all over the territory of Sorso and I will host you in my wine cellar where, at the end of the trip, we will experience how the landscape becomes wine trough the guided tasting of our products. During this experience I will show every aspect of my life as a wine grower, and I will share every productive process that brings our wines to life, from the countryside to the bottle! Other things to note The route can be customised according to the needs of guests. The trip and structures are also suitable for peaple with disabilities. Four-legged friends are welcom.

Our day begins at 10am in the morning, as we set sail in the lovely Alghero Bay. We will spend the day visiting unique and unspoiled places in an eco-friendly sailboat. Having spent years exploring the waters off Alghero, I know of all the perfect spots. The cruise includes ample time for snorkeling, swimming, sightseeing, and relaxing. Also included in the afternoon is a homemade Italian lunch, paired with a good wine, and followed by a delicious cup of fresh coffee.

Discover paradise of Maddalena Archipelago ! We dont have fixed itinerary because it will change in according the weather but normally we sail in direction of the smaller island of Maddalena archipelago (Spargi,Budelli,Razzoli,Santa Maria,Corcelli) l discovering history of this amazing land; we do 2 to 3 stops to the wonderful beaches in clear water with the possibility of go on the island by zodiac. In Budelli Island it will be possible see the famous 'Pink Beach' the only one in the world. Lunch on board will offred by the capitan with tipical sardish appetizzer and wine, pasta, sweet , coffe and tipical liquor . After that we sail i back to Palau crossing in the famous Bonifacio strict , the fifth strongest windy place in the world, in all saefty with the captain experience. we'll come back in porto around 17.00 I can accommodate private Charters for groups up to 10 sailors, contact me to schedule a private sailing for you and your friends. Farai parte di un escursione in kayak che ti porterà a conoscere alcuni tra i posti più belli della Sardegna. Partiremo dalla spiaggia dei Baracconi, conosciuta per le sue acque trasparenti e cristalline. Da qui, ci sposteremo verso la zona costiera e tutte le calette adiacenti a Cala Moresca, dove , se saremo fortunati, avremmo modo di ammirare i numerosi cinghiali selvatici che al caldo d'estate amano passeggiare sulla riva. A Cala Moresca scenderemo dai Kayak, li ormeggeremo e ci godremo una pausa con un bel bagno e dello snorkeling di superficie tra i magnifici fondali che la caratterizzano, ricchi di pesci e stelle marine. Dopo esserci rivitalizzati ,lasceremo questa magnifica caletta e punteremo la nostra rotta verso l'isola di Figarolo, famosa anche per i mufloni selvatici che la popolano . A lato di questa isoletta paradisiaca, raggiungeremo un allevamento di pesci in mezzo al mare, conosciuto principalmente per la colonia di delfini che è solita circumnavigare la zona. Dopo aver cercato i delfini, ci fermeremo sulla spiaggia dell'isola di Figarolo e ci godremo la magnifica vista di cui gode il posto, oltre le diverse varietà di pesci e uccelli che la caratterizzano. Infine, dopo un piccolo aperitivo nell'isola risaliremo sui nostri kayak e ritorneremo verso casa. Per qualsiasi dubbio o richiesta, contattatemi e sarò a vostra disposizione

Potrete vedere come si produce il tipico pecorino sardo, dal primo step della colatura del latte fino alla formazione della forma di formaggio. Nell'attesa che la cagliata sia pronta potrete gustare un aperitivo con salumi e vino di produzione propria. Assisterete all'arte della caseificazione che ancora si conserva e si tramanda per generazioni e che permette di produrre uno dei cibi più genuini della nostra regione.

We will journey along a provincial road through a theater of irresistible panoramas suspended between the sea and the mountains, until we reach the final destination after approximately 50 minutes: Montresta, a small village born from 50 Greek families. Here, a local family will be waiting for us to start a splendid Cooking Experience deeply connected to the traditions and people of Montresta, farm-to-table. You will enjoy as active part to make some of the typical Sardinian products such as pipiriolos, malloreddus, culurgiones, and traditional sweets. Stories and legends will be with us during a rich tasting after the Cooking Class, in a family-friendly feeling. After lunch, we will take a walk in the wonderful nature and into small village of Montresta, amidst murals and magnificent panoramic viewpoints.

We start the experience with an easy walking tour on the coast, in the protected area of Porto Conte that displays an immense expanse of uncontaminated landscapes with breath-taking view of the sea, unique plant and animal species, fossil-rich limestone and a rare concentration of interesting and significant archaeological remains. After that will be time to relax, in the vineyard, discovering more about the story of the local grapes with a taste of 2 different wines and local products.

Alghero is famous for its fine coral, which is used locally with gold to make every manner of adornment. We will talk also about that while walking in the old town, a labyrinth of narrow streets that connect piazzas bustling with life, the yellow walls and ancient houses echo the Catalan origins of the city. After that we go back to 3500 years ago discovering the most important civilization in Sardinia in a guided tour inside a wonderful Nuragic Complex.

L’esperienza inizia sulla spiaggia di Cala Girgolu alla volta della spiaggia delle Vacche o Porto Istana o di Porto San Paolo o Cala Moresca (in base al miglior meteo marino), con una lezione base di SUP a terra, per poi proseguire in Tour SUP (Stand Up Paddle) alla scoperta di scenari mozzafiato che le nostre coste e il nostro mare Sardo, ci regalano. Non mancheranno bagni, divertimento e relax ! Nelle nostre escursioni training SUP, Vi offriremo una colazione inusuale !.

Tour in eBike alla scoperta delle meravigliose isole dell'Arcipelago di La Maddalena, ricche di storia e paesaggi naturalistici emozionanti. Muoversi in bicicletta offre la grande opportunità di compiere un gesto positivo nei confronti dell'ambiente e proprio per questo, la bici, rappresenta il mezzo ideale per muoversi all'interno della vegetazione incontaminata di un Parco Nazionale. Facilmente riconoscibile per la scultura di un delfino sopra uno scoglio in mezzo al mare , la spiaggia dello scoglio lungo è la nostra base di partenza. Scogliere rocciose a piattaforma , pareti strapiombanti e piccole spiaggette guideranno questo nuovo nostro tour . La costa irregolare e frastagliata si presenta ricca di insenature , nelle quali si aprono numerose grotte, armatevi di coraggio… la grotta dell’inferno vi attende. N.B. Per il rispetto dei fragilissimi habitat,delle normative locali e per la nostra e vostra sicurezza, non sarà possibile entrare nelle grotte con rischio frana.
