Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Province of Massa and Carrara

Thank you so much to Laura for hosting us! Nice apartment and very well-equipped apartment. Very good location in the city center with several free parking lots. Then all the tours, 5 Terre, Sarzana, Porto Venere are by train or boat. (Boats 5 min, trains 20 min walk in the pedestrian center) All amenities nearby, convenience store, butcher, bakery, restaurants, shopping, bars and market every day with fresh fish!

The apartment was even nicer than on the pictures, clean and had everything you need. We felt very comfortable there. Nicola was very friendly and accommodating, communication worked out well. Thanks for the lovely stay, Nicola!

Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our stay in Fiascherino was magical. The apartment is even nicer than the photos and really functional. The terrace and the view are sublime. The surroundings, especially Tellaro, are so pretty! Thank you Giuliano, we'll be back with pleasure.

Since Portovenere was the last stop on our trip to Italy, we wanted to stay somewhere with a great view and a terrace where we could relax with a morning coffee and/or an evening drink. And wow (!) Elisa's flat far exceeded our expectations, as the view from her terrace left us speechless upon our arrival! Every morning we would grab breakfast items at the stores just steps away from the entrance to the flat, and take them back "home" to have breakfast with a view. We even made dinner there one evening, despite the wide selection of amazing restaurants nearby, because the ambiance of the terrace at night was so beautiful. In addition, the apartment was very well organized, had wonderful decor, and was in a great location close to everything. Finally, Elisa was a wonderful host who was very communicative, and was always available to offer guidance or to promptly answer any questions we had. (Also, to welcome us, she left ingredients for a delicious pasta/pesto meal!) Grazie mille!

Our short stay at Luca's place was perfect for exploring La Spezia and Cinque Terre. The place was spacious and a quick walk to the main areas of La Spezia and the train station. Luca met us before check-in and explained everything to us. There was a bottle of wine, waters, and snacks awaiting us. Parking on the street was very inexpensive and easy with the parking app. We would stay there again! Thank you, Luca, for your kindness and hospitality.

Our stay was completely successful! Communication with Elisa was super easy and pleasant – we felt well taken care of from the beginning. The house was exactly as described: clean, cozy and well equipped. We especially liked the beautiful garden and the well-equipped kitchen – perfect for cooking something delicious yourself. We enjoyed the time very much and would come back anytime. Thank you, Elisa!

L'Acero is a great place! It has everything you need and more! It is greatly equipped for laundry - washer & drier. It was very clean and greatly built. But it also feels very homey and warm. The artwork on the walls is very cool and quirky, which we loved. It's very private, also on the terrace and you can cook very easily there. It is clear that this is a home designed by people who love food and art, which Massimo and Roberta are. We loved it there. There is a small shop arround the corner, for everything else you need a car, however that applies to the whole area of Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi. Massimo gave us great recommendations for restaurant and was very responsive. All in all - it was great!

Our family vacation (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality much more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight – a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic to escape the ordinary and be active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

Our time at Casa Torrento will always be unforgettable: The beautiful location, hidden between olive and fig trees, the wonderful pools, the cool evenings and great starry skies. Plus the warm and helpful manner of host Loris, whose tiramisu was absolutely world class.

Rossana is one of those airbnb hosts who go above and beyond. She was extremely responsive and caring, helping us with parts of our experience that had nothing to do with her apartment. The space itself is very clean and cute. Easy access to Porto venere and the rest of cinque terre. Highly recommend on every level.

This is a gem of a place. The name says “Tiny” but it is not tiny at all. It’s very spacious! Good location, close to nice beaches. Large supermarket close by. Very quiet compound. Inside was cool despite blistering heat outside. Fantastic amenities. Everything we needed and more. Will come again and will recommend others ;)

We had a great stay at this tastefully designed place. We would like to emphasize the truly impeccable cleanliness! Gabriele is a very dedicated host! He sweetened our stay with small but fine touches (jam, tea, shower gel, a nice bouquet of flowers) and made sure several times proactively that everything was to our complete satisfaction! We can fully recommend this place!!!

Michele took very good care of us, we even had a free shuttle service to the train station to go to the national park, incl. advice. He recommended very good restaurants and even reserved them for us. The place was very clean and he is very eager to fulfill every wish. We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is very spacious and very well equipped. The bedroom can be made complete dark and the apartment is situated in a quiet area. Laura was very responsive and super helpful during our stay - she went out of her way to make us feel at home. We definitely recommend to stay here and we would love to come back again.

Modern, clean apartment, complete with everything you need. Location close to the center and the sea but outside the chaos of the center, 10 minutes from practically everything! Communicating with Sabrina was easy both before arriving and during the stay, she was always kind, helpful and clear in communications and useful tips. We stayed with a small child and they provided us with a cot and high chair in the property. If we return to Lerici, we would definitely like to stay at this property again.

Ideally located to enjoy the Cinque Terre from the Spezia Centrale train station. As a bonus, a terrace for an aperitif in the evening!

We liked it very much and everything was good. Could sleep well. Everything was within walking distance. Very modern and smart house. From my own experience with many Airbnbs I have booked, I recommend Deborah leave some spices like salt, pepper, etc. and some detergent for the dishes for a few days as an emergency. Living room well equipped. But what would also be good is a coffee table in front of the sofa, where it is very usable. Otherwise everything is okay and tip top like the pictures. Thank you Deborah.

First, friendly hosts and consistent information. We were made to feel very welcome. We're so grateful for this stay. Very cozy house, as described. Train station nearby, as well as a supermarket. Local shops and cafes too. Very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, very good television, bathroom too, and a date of cleaning products. There was still a supply of water bottles and other things that we enjoyed, and we wanted to contribute with € and they very politely said they didn't want anything in return. Very polite people, really. We highly recommend this place! We also highly recommend this space for those wishing to visit Cinque Terre. Everything is very accessible. All the best to these people.

Matteo E Oriana’s place was absolutely stunning! The view was breathtaking. She was very accommodating to our need to check in early. It is important not to underestimate the stairs, this may be a problem if you are elderly or have a physical impairment. We had a little miscommunication due to the language barrier but Oriana is so lovely and nice to deal with. Thank you for the stay.
