Waterfront vacation rentals in Province of Livorno

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Livorno. Die Wohnung ist sauber, liegt zentral und verfügt über alle Dinge, die man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders gefreut hat uns auch der Willkommenskorb mit vielen Snacks und Getränken. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Spacious apartment with beautiful terrace. The location is great - just steps from a shopping center with restaurants, various stores and a good grocery store. The bus stop is just minutes away and the city and sea are also within easy reach by foot or bus. Francesco was the perfect host - super nice, very communicative, very accommodating, and happy to give tips and recommendations. Would happily stay here again!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Marianna, vorallem die Aussicht und die Strandnähe waren super. Die Kommunikation lief auch super und Marianna hat uns immer schnell geantwortet.

Siamo tornati nuovamente a casa di Guido e sicuramente ci torneremo ancora! Super consigliato!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten viele schöne Tage dort verbracht. Die Unterkunft war für 4 Personen sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt (was selten ist). Wir hatten meistens einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus gefunden (Juni dürfte noch Vorsaison sein). Der Strand bei Mary Bagno war auch sehr schön mit den dort für Unterkunftsgäste reservierten 2 Stühle+ Schirm. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war einfach perfekt. Super freundlich, hilfsbereit und es wurde schnell geantwortet. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder! Danke für die tolle Unterkunft.

Der Check-in war sehr unkompliziert. In der Wohnung angekommen haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Schön hell, geräumig, mit nettem Balkon mit Markise und nur ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. Parken konnten wir auch gleich ums Eck. In nächster Nähe gibt es einige tolle Restaurants, gegenüber einen neapolitanischen Imbiss, gleich nebenan eine Eisdiele und kleine Läden in denen man leckere Sachen kaufen kann. An der Uferpromenade kann man sehr nett spazieren gehen und Möglichkeiten zum Baden gibt es auch genug. Laura war auch sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, hat sie sich sofort gekümmert.

Un piccolo angolo di relax e quiete a due passi dalla bellissima e tranquilla spiaggia di Nisportino. Ideale per chi cerca relax immerso nella natura. Umberto è davvero una persona disponibilissima e amichevole, sempre pronto a dispensare consigli sui luoghi e sulle attività disponibili all'Elba. Persona generosa, Umberto è socievole sia con i grandi che con i più piccoli, sa trasmettere un sacco di informazioni sulle piante e sugli animali che popolano la zona senza dimenticare la parte storica. L'appartamento gode di una vista spettacolare e regala tramonti mozzafiato nel silenzio della sera, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni confort. Chi cerca pace, tranquillità e natura non può perdersi questa piccola perla! Assolutamente consigliato!

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Das Haus ist wirklich traumhaft und wie beschrieben. Der Check-in mit David war sehr unkompliziert und mega nett! Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit schönen Aussensitzplätzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine schöne Aussicht aus Meer und ruhig gelegen. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in der sehr gut eingerichteten Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist umwerfend, direkt am Meer/Stand und wenn man früh genug aufsteht, genießt man einen wunderbaren Sonnenaufgang. Letizia war immer erreichbar und hat bei Bedarf sofort für Abhilfe gesorgt. Vielen Dank

coppia molto carina e pronta ad aiutare. Ci tornerei ad occhi chiusi.... stupenda la casa, pulita, cucina molto ben accessoriata e stupenda spiaggia con gazebo privato in spiaggia.

Alessandra oli ystävällinen ja erittäin avulias majoittaja. Asunnon sijainti oli hyvä, aivan vieressä kivoja ruokapaikkoja. Pyörävuokraamo Star bike myös alle kilometrin päässä. Asunto oli viihtyisä ja hyvän kokoinen kahdelle. 5.krs ilman hissiä hillitsee hieman. ; ) Jaana

Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral im Zentrum. Es gibt viele sehr gute Bars und Restaurants direkt in der Nachbarschaft. Massimo ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihm war unkompliziert, schnell und flexibel. Wir können Massimo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

L'appartamento è davvero ben organizzato e attrezzato di tutto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, birra e ghiaccioli per noi, oltre a un vassoio di brioche appena sfornate. Rachele è stata molto disponibile e gentile al check-in. L'alloggio è vicinissimo al mare, che si raggiunge in pochi metri. La spiaggia libera è spaziosa e i cani sono ben accetti, anche ad agosto. Di fronte alla casa ci sono supermercato, gelateria, negozio di casalinghi, bar, pasticceria, ristorante e spaghetteria. Quindi puoi parcheggiare l'auto nel posto riservato e riprenderla solo per andare via! Siamo stati bene con la nostra bambina e la nostra barboncina, e consigliamo questa casa. Solo una piccola pecca il prezzo, piuttosto alto sebbene fosse la settimana di ferragosto

Tolle Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Nur wenige Meter über die Düne und schon macht sich ein herrlicher Strand auf. Es gibt direkt nebenan schöne Standbars, in denen man den morgendlichen Cappuccino genießen kann. Das Appartement war liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen Details. Irgendwie war alles da, ob zum Kochen oder Utensilien für den Strand. Wir hatten 4h Stau bei der Anreise und konnten den Check-In nicht rechtzeitig erreichen. Trotzdem war Sharon für uns noch um 23 Uhr da. Das war super.

Situata a 3 minuti dal mare, a pochi passi dal centro e in un quartiere carino e tranquillo. Mimmo un host gradevole e disponibile. Per noi che veniamo 2 o 3 volte lanno a Follonica, sarà tappa fissa

Cinque stelle! In der Unterkunft von Maria hat für uns einfach alles gepasst! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und bestens ausgestattet (wirklich an jedes kleinste Detail wurde gedacht!) und liegt in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Besonders geschätzt haben wir Marias herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns super Tipps gegeben. Wir haben unsere Ferien in San Vincenzo sehr genossen!

Fomos sempre acompanhados pelo Andrea, muito atencioso sempre interessado em saber sobre a nossa situação. Sempre respondia prontamente as dúvidas que surgiram. Ficamos 24 noites com o apartamento, mas dormimos algumas noites em outras cidades da Itália e tudo andou muito bem. Foi um prazer ficar no apartamento de Andrea e Beatrice. Valeu muito a viagem!

Wow, words can’t actually describe how wonderful and beautiful this little place is! Absolutely loved every moment there. Capoliveri is also absolutely captivating, restaurants and shops Are lovely. I hope we can come back !
