Vacation rentals with a pool in Province of Livorno

Location was ideal for us - quite off the beaten track - in a non tourist village. The accommodation was clean, tidy and everything we needed. The pool and outside furniture was ideal, eating outside was great, BBQ a must. Palaia was only a 10 min drive or a 45 min walk due to off beaten track. local supermarkets were all within 20 mins and great choice. You need a car - if you want peace and quite away from people this is the place.

Andrea's place was beyond all expectations. We were a group of 7 friends who got everything we needed and more. Andrea was incredibly helpful and even drove to the airport to hand over a cell phone we had forgotten. I can not recommend this place enough. (+ the view was to die for!)

Fantastic villa, the interior was furnished beautifully and was much larger downstairs than anticipated. The outside was also large with a number of different areas, all with shade available. The pool was a highlight, naturally, and our 3 children loved it! Francesca was always responsive and available for any support/recommendations. Be aware that the villa is in the Tuscan countryside so there will be many insects flying around - nothing that can be done, but good to be prepared and does mean that all windows and doors need to be shut, which leads me to my only issue - air conditioning! We went in August and obviously very hot, the air conditioning is only in the bedrooms and is charged separately from the cost of the villa - at €0.90 per kWh which felt excessive, especially as we only used at night but resulted in an extra cost of €137 for a week!

A great location of the house, a beautiful view, private parking near the house and the beach, proximity to the center, beautiful fresh air, the absence of mosquitoes, which fully gives you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful views under the glass of cool prosecco. The owner of the house Rodolfo is a very nice and attentive host.

Small, but historic and evocative, very well preserved place with the possibility of visiting interesting places all reachable in 40 min. max. 1 hour, such as Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca. Accommodation exactly as described, cozy and with all comforts. The owner is friendly and hospitable, quick to respond to requests and very accurate in giving the information. I recommend it to those who want to discover Tuscany by car every day in a different place and then retreat in the evening in a relaxing environment, typical , but furnished according to contemporary taste, overlooking the Renaissance village.

Spacious and quiet place at the end of a short dirt road, where you can hear the birds and watch the sun setting over the Tuscan hills. Massimo is an amazing host, very warm, respectful and clean and he had great recommendations for us. We had a very relaxing stay, the pool was great to cool off and the kitchen was fully equipped. We cooked a few meals and enjoyed them from the balcony. Bellissimo!

We had a wonderful vacation time in this very nice apartment. The location in the small village up in the hills of Tuscany is so authentic and typically Italian. The pool and views are a dream. The rooms are very clean, large and nicely furnished. The bed was amazing. I haven't slept so well away from home in a long time. The kitchen is well equipped. Only a nice salad bowl and a toaster were missing. The location of the apartment is ideal to explore Tuscany. The famous white beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Parking is available everywhere. Shopping is possible in the small village on site at the bakery and in the corner store or down in the city at Lidl and Coop, etc. Restaurants are within walking distance. We loved the snack bar opposite the butcher shop in the village. You sit idyllically on the square in the middle of the village. Thank you for the nice time.

Ideal small summer house with a fantastic pool that invites you to swim. We had the whole property to ourselves. Pure relaxation. For our dog there was enough to discover and right next door a hiking trail to the top of the mountain. From here you can experience Tuscany in all its colors and if you would like to swim in the sea, the path is not far. As well as many other highlights. Our hosts were always available and concerned about our well-being, thank you for that. Thank you for the lovely holiday.

We had a wonderful vacation with our children (7 & 9 years) in Poggio al Cassone. We were able to reach the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and Florence very well. For the children, the pool was the highlight after the excursions. The entire complex is beautifully designed, the apartment really large and we didn't miss anything. We can well imagine coming back. :)

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as shown in the photos – spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable few days. I especially appreciated the peaceful location. Communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and quick. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. Thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, and fresh towels made the stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again. The apartment was beautiful and peaceful. The surroundings were stunning and the pool was a very welcome place to cool off. A great place to stay in Tuscany if you're hiring a car. Would highly recommend. Elisabetta was very helpful from start to finish.

It was just great with Kety. Everything is perfect in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with views of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. There are also many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

Very nice, modern and sparkling clean accommodation in a beautiful and spacious hotel complex in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and Simona was a great host. It was just a pity that the pool area was not yet open in mid-April. Thank you, dear Simona, we will definitely come back someday!

We had a wonderful time there and enjoyed everything. The apartment is fully equipped and the pool has an amazing view. We also enjoyed the company of all the animals that walk around on their land. We can greatly recommend it and love to come again.

It was just a perfect holiday. The place, the company Interhome and the owner were just great. Equipped with a 4x4, the villa is beautiful with a great location! Always ventilated! Every detail is taken care in every detail! The outdoor space is really well organized and will make you have a wonderful vacation! Great location for visiting the south of the island!

The stay at the chalet was very comfortable and relaxing, the house was exactly as described. The location is isolated from a sense of freedom and relaxation. The house is located on a small hill with a wonderful view of an almost always present wind that crosses the house, without the need to turn on AC, either day or night, most of the days. In the morning it is very pleasant, the pool is very enjoyable, in the afternoon the sun heats the patio stones and it becomes warmer to stay outside the pool. The addition of trees, as it should be planned, could also make the afternoon more enjoyable, if you don't want to be in the pool side sun. A less white and cold night patio light ( and more faint) could make it even more magical in the evening outside. (We bought some lemongrass candles to fix) The key-holder, Eleonora and her husband were very kind and always available, with flexible schedules for pool maintenance.

Everything was alright. Maura and Francesco were available whenever we needed. They helped us find a vet for our dog, brought a slide for the kids, recommended places on Elba. The house is clean, the plot is huge, the pool is amazing. Thank you

Spacious and comfortable place. Well-equipped kitchen. Convenience of outdoor parking as well as the house's private parking.

There were 6 of us on this beautiful property and we spent some quiet days in nature. The place is a bit remote, so if you want peace and relaxation, the place is ideal. Shopping facilities are easily accessible by car. The house offers a lot of space to move around and the sunny days at the pool with stunning views of the sea were beautiful.

Lovely place and very relaxing. The house is very spacious and comfortable with everything you need. The details and elegance of the house are points for the benefit of this solution. Huge garden and very comfortable and cool patio for lunches and dinners. The pool is also great. Would I go back? Absolutely yes!!

Luana and her husband were amazing hosts. Even though they didn’t speak english we were still able to communicate well. The house and its surrpundings were very nice and everything was kept really clean. We would definetely go back!
