La casa di Franco è molto bella, le dotazioni sono funzionali e i materassi e cuscini sono molto comodi. Il giardino è splendido e ben tenuto, anche la Spa è funzionale e utile per combattere il caldo estivo. Il panorama è stupendo e i dintorni sono molto tranquilli proprio da tipica campagna estiva. Pulizia davvero al top. Rivedrei solo la climatizzazione perché un solo split è difficile da gestire con tre stanze ma comunque è stato molto funzionale per combattere il caldo di Agosto. Stallate serali stupende e ottimo il barbecue. Nei dintorni ci sono molte attività da fare anche se ovviamente l’auto è indispensabile anche per il mare molto bello a soli 15 minuti di auto. Host molto disponile e davvero reattivo, grazie per ospitalità ed aiuto per una vacanza davvero stupenda. Anche il collegamento ad Internet sempre funzionate anche in giardino e con una banda che permette anche le videochiamate o le attività lavorative

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft in einer tollen Landschaft, direkt an einem See. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, er war jederzeit zu erreichen und konnte uns wertvolle Tipps geben. This pink villa tucked away in the rolling Tuscan hills completely stole our hearts. Think sun soaked countryside, cypress lined views, and golden hour dinners under fairy lights. It was just perfect. Michela is so lovely and welcoming. We came here for a girls’ holiday and it honestly felt like something out of a movie. The house itself is full of charm with rustic wooden beams, climbing vines, and a big outdoor dining table where we spent every evening sipping wine, laughing, and soaking up the Tuscan air. The pergola lit up with twinkle lights at night. And you can watch sunset from the other side of the house and see deer and boar.

Es war so wunderschön! Das Haus, die Schildkröten im Teich, das Restaurant im Dorf… alles war wunderbar. Melissa war sehr freundlich, hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und alles gut beschrieben. Wir hoffen wir können irgendwann wieder kommen. Auch unsere Kinder hatten eine tolle Zeit, vielen Dank

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, sehr sauber, es fehlte an nichts, einfach zu finden, ruhige Lage, sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wir können Cristina und die Casa Laetizia nur empfehlen!

Luogo incantevole, tranquillo, comodo per raggiungere il mare a piedi e la bau beach. Fantastica la doccia esterna, molto comoda e il patio esterno dove pranzare. Villino dotato di ogni confort. Grazie Sandra, a presto!

Wir haben die Unterkunft schnell gefunden und Nataliya wartete bereits, um uns persönlich und freundlich zu begrüßen, da Nataliya schon vorher unsere ungefähre Ankunftszeit erfragt hatte. Nataliya erklärte genau die Funktionsweise und die Handhabung dieses charmanten Hauses. Nataliya überreichte uns noch eine Vielzahl von duftender und weicher Handtücher und ausreichend Bettwäsche. Grandios ist die riesige Terrasse, dazu gibt es noch einen schönen überdachten Außenbereich. Viele Wanderungen und Ausflüge sind von diesem Standort möglich. Dazu gibt es auch einen ruhigen und kleinen Strand unterhalb des Hauses durch eine Treppe erreichbar. Am Abfahrtstag kam Nataliya nochmals vorbei, um uns persönlich zu verabschieden. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter. Vielen Dank an Nataliya, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hannelore ist eine super Gastgeberin, sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit! Die Unterkunft war sauber und wirklich ruhig! An heiße Tage ist der Pool für eine Abkühlung wirklich super! Die Unterkunft liegt sehr abgelegen und ist dadurch wirklich ruhig und die Landschaft einfach wunderschön! Wir hatten alles was man brauch und sogar noch mehr :-) Hannelore kümmert sich super um ihre Gäste! Dank der Klimaanlage waren auch die Nächte angenehm und man konnte gut ausgeschlafen in den Tag starten. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Hannelore und können es jedem der Ruhe und Natur möchte absolut empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit Hannelore und alles Gute für dich und deinen Mann :-)

We truly enjoyed a wonderful stay at this old villa built in 1897. Truly a gem due to its position: only 15 minutes walk to the sea but also the landscape and the whole area around the property was very nice. Very peaceful oasis where you can go for walks in the nature. Everything was as described. Our questions were always answered very quickly. The staff was extremely friendly. Orsola goes out of her way to make sure you enjoy your stay in Castiglioncello. Ask her for the best restaurants and beaches. We really enjoyed the wonderful place and the hospitality and we are looking forward to come back soon!

abbiamo appena terminato il soggiorno di due settimane nell'alloggio di Assunta.Come l'anno scorso ci siamo trovati benissimo.Maddalena ci ha accolto e subito messo a nostro agio,Assunta coccolati con buonissima uva e fichi. L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto dell'annuncio.A parte il caldo di quest'anno la vacanza è stata molto piacevole tra sagre e borghi sempre meravigliosi anche da rivisitare.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso il Moreto con un gruppo di 14 amici. E' stata un'esperienza estremamente positiva: la struttura è bellissima, ben organizzata nei tre appartamenti, pulita e confortevole. Avendo prenotato l'intero complesso abbiamo avuto modo di goderci il giardino e tutti gli spazi disponibili, compresi i barbecue per un'ottima grigliata serale. Ottima location sia per rilassarsi che per festeggiare in compagnia! Gli host sono stati disponibili e accoglienti e ci hanno fornito il contatto di una chef locale che ci ha prenotato un'ottima cena toscana il sabato sera. Tutto perfetto!

Hübsches, sauberes Apartment in schönem altem Landhaus mit sehr gepflegtem Garten. Bequemes Bett im Schlafzimmer, die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist nicht ganz so bequem für zwei Erwachsene. Insgesamt zu empfehlen!

Une belle destination au calme dans un paysage Toscane de carte postale(cyprès, oliviers et vignes). Le logement résulte de la restauration et division en deux appartements du rez de chaussée d’une grande maison. Les propriétaires qui vivent à l’étage sont très accueillants et à l’écoute. L’appartement est bien décoré et équipé. Des instructions claires sont laissées dans un guide papier. Vous disposez d’une terrasse privative et de plusieurs lieux de détentes en plein air (banquette à baldaquins) sur la propriété. La piscine est superbe, propre et bien équipée. Elle est à partager avec les locataires du deuxième appartement. La propriété accueille des animaux de ferme dans un enclos situé dans le bas du terrain pour le plus grand bonheur des enfants. Notre seul regret ? N’être restés qu’une nuit ! Bonne continuation aux hôtes !

Très bon emplacement et appartement conforme à la description avec à une plage sympa

È una struttura in pietra divisa (da porte) in alcuni appartamenti. Il grande giardino e le aree esterne sono di uso comune. I cani possono stare liberi con l'autorizzazione degli altri ospiti. A noi hanno detto sempre di sì. Proprietari gentili. Siamo stati al piano terra, l'appartamento è fresco peccato che lo scarico non funzionava molto bene e anche perché si sentono i rumori dell'appartamento al piano superiore. Il cancello rimane sempre aperto forse un problema per chi vuole lasciare libero un cane che si allontana.
