The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The apartment is about 50 square meters and consists of: Entrance, living room with sofa and extendable table, double bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom with shower. It's on the mezzanine floor of a small building. In great condition, Furnished with care, it has a TV, CD and DVD player, refrigerator, oven, moka, linen, and provisions. Those who love reading, music and cinema will find some books, CDs and DVDs. Coffee, tea and herbal teas available.

We are in the beautiful Valle di Comino, immersed in the tranquility of the valley between Alvito and San Donato Val Comino, close to the municipal swimming pool of San Donato. It is a 2-story detached house for 4 people. Ground floor: kitchen with everything you need and sofa bed for 2 people. Upper Floor: double bedroom and bathroom. Services offered: TV, bed sheets, towels, hairdryer, toilet paper, hot water, heating, parking, small garden.
