Angelo's place on Lago di Scanno is super! Inside spacious and clean and very suitable for 4 people. Outside with beautiful lake view, and a lovely garden to relax in. Angelo is a very friendly host who is also easy to reach. Already with a top location!

Structure with large spaces, spacious and livable rooms, manicured garden and balconies in all rooms. Quiet area to relax on your own or with the whole family. Adelmina, very kind and super helpful. Definitely a highly recommended structure, especially for multi-day stays that allow you to enjoy all the indoor and outdoor space to the fullest.

Tommaso was a very helpful, gracious and friendly host. The apartment is lovely and well equipped. The view, especially sitting out on the terrace day or night is spectacular. Roccasecca is a wonderful, well looked after town worth visiting just for the views down the hills and up to the ancient castle and medieval village (birthplace of St. Thomas Aquinas). A short walk for a morning coffee in the main piazza and great takeaway pizza. I wish we had been able to stay longer. Highly recommended.

Silvia and Giorgia were super helpful and also gave us a great welcome. We had a great time in their home which is very nice and spacious. The view from the garden is spectacular. If we go back to the area, we'll definitely be back.

Donatella is always available, quick and accurate check-in. The two studios are clean even if the furniture is a little dated, it is still comfortable and nothing is missing, in fact Donatella was very kind in providing us with two electric stoves to further heat the bathroom.

I have been a guest of Cristina for several years and at different times of the year, and the return to ValdiRose is the best demonstration of the quality of the proposal. Together with the family we continue to appreciate the hospitality and living solution.

What to say to summarise an incredible stay... The property itself is beautiful, run by a passionate group of people, with incredible produce grown on site or by their neighbours. We had expected to go to visit local restaurants but instead spent both nights in the winery sampling the home cooked food and incredible wine. Despite being 40 minutes to an hour from central Rome the property was incredibly peaceful and quiet, with views overlooking the vineyard. Waking up to see the clouds moving across the mountains and Rome in the distance was lovely, with ample outdoor room to sit and relax in. Maria could not have made us feel more welcome, going out of her way to help us sample the very best authentic Italian food and wine, align with suggestions for our ongoing trip. 1000 words isn't enough, I cannot recommend this enough. Also Cleo is an absolute star 🥰

We stayed as a couple for 6 days, Emilia allowed us to check in earlier, making us welcome by the very kind husband, although Emilia came the same to meet us, the thing that impressed me was her discretion, it seemed like she was in our home, the house is a dream, the lake view delights you, it is like staying in a luxury hotel, with the convenience of being at home, the lake beach is very close on foot, what to say ...thank you emilia... Super recommended ...

A Perfect Refuge in Filettino I stayed in a beautiful, warm and welcoming accommodation in the heart of Filettino. The house is tastefully furnished and makes you feel right at home. The location is ideal, above the La Rampa Restaurant and Conad, with parking. Convenient for exploring the country and tasting local cuisine. The atmosphere is authentic and relaxing, perfect for an unforgettable vacation. Highly recommended for those looking for comfort and practicality.

Monica was an exemplary host: kind, shrewd and helpful! Her home was wonderful, large, cozy and tidy, with spaces for leisure and relaxation such as the pool and the hobby room with barbecue perfect for me and my friends! A unique experience and, we all hope, soon repeatable!

It's a pleasure to leave you the first review of this listing. It is located in a quiet and secluded village. The host adjusted the check-in time to me and was met at my arrival time. You can use the very spacious parking lot and the security is thorough. The house is clean and pleasant as if it had just been built. There is a spacious kitchen and a cozy room and a bathroom. They all have windows, so it's good for ventilation and the sunlight comes in well. There were both air conditioners and heaters, so I was able to sleep warmly. My family was so satisfied. The host also kindly guided us to the house. The yard was large, so it was good for eating and digesting and walking. The view of the mountains in the distance is also wonderful. Hot water works well. Perfect in every way. Don't hesitate to book!

We fell inlove with this amazing place! We were travelling with four little kids (1-5 y o) and it was absolutely perfect for us. The children were completely happy with the playground, thenature, the animals and the freedom! They loved the food too, and so did mum and dad. If we could, we’d stay for a couple of weeks. Thank you so much for everything!
