The place perfectly matched the photos and description provided. It turned out to be an extremely comfortable accommodation from the point of view of proximity to the beach (with small children, fundamental!) and functional regarding the accommodation itself. The apartment was well-stocked and clean, and the host, Kyra, was kind, available and active both during booking, and before arrival and departure. Highly recommended for families and those who want to enjoy the sea and the beach in a quiet area.

Roberto and Gigliola are two very attentive and considerate hosts. We felt at home right away! The apartment is of excellent size, well arranged and very comfortable both inside and out. The beach and the sea, visible from the terrace from which we ate our meals, are a step away from the courtyard! Roberto provided us with bicycles to get around comfortably, Gigliola offered us the vegetables and herbs from her garden! all absolutely not necessary and much appreciated. we will definitely be back!

Apartment on the first floor of a building, equipped with everything, well-furnished and adequately soundproofed, as well as being impeccably clean. Perfect location for those like me who had a family member hospitalized; it is about 300 meters from the main entrance of the Hospital, and there are also two supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. You can really get around on foot without any problems. Welcoming, friendly and always available host to accommodate the various needs of guests. Great experience.

It was the first time on vacation in the Marche region and we were so delighted that we will return. Laura is a wonderful person, always available to give us tips on how to get around and where to eat. We had a great time in the house (as described in the listing). Marcelli is really nice both because it is close to the sea and because it is a strategic point for excursions. There are many villages to see, all beautiful, each with its own history. Too bad we couldn't visit everything, but we promised to come back. Thanks again to Laura for her hospitality and kindness. I highly recommend everyone to spend their holidays in Marcelli in Laura's cottage.

We had an excellent stay at Benedetta’s flat. It’s clean, spacious, literally steps from the beach, and equipped with everything you may need, including air conditioning which is not so common in the area. Perfect for a stay with small kids: they can safely roam around the apartment (including balcony) and there is plenty of entertainment right outside (carousel, trampolines). The area is vibrant at night, with market stalls and ice cream parlors, nice for after dinner walks with kids/strollers. Windows are good quality and keep the street noise out, in any case it all stops around 11.30 pm. Benedetta and her mother are very nice and friendly. Definitely recommended.

We highly recommend this apartment! Simone is incredibly friendly, hospitable, and very flexible — a truly kind and helpful host who made us feel at home right away. The apartment is excellent: spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with everything you could need, which was especially important for us as we were traveling with a small child. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the supermarket, bus stop, and the beach. It’s also a great base for visiting beautiful places like Sirolo, Numana, and the surrounding area. The sea is wonderful, and we had a really great time. We spent ten relaxing days here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The accommodation is exactly as described and as pictured, clean, equipped with everything you need, with parking immediately in front and a beautiful private garden. The beach, pool and restaurant bar are very close and the whole village is very well cared for. Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment with large outdoor space literally 20 m from the sea complete with everything. Kitchen complete with all accessories and brand new bathroom. The only small flaw is the distance between the two bedrooms

Our vacation was familiar, great hospitality and continuous availability. The house is super clean and equipped with everything you may need, washing machine, dishwasher and super equipped kitchen.... just like at home!! The location is the reason that made us choose Angela's house, and I have to say that, to get out of the gate, cross the street and be directly on the beach, for me it is priceless! Nearby there is everything you may need, right in front of the house there is a kiosk on the beach where you can have breakfast or quick snacks! In addition to the sea, the hilly area is beautiful and there are several very good proposals of restaurants that offer very good local cuisine. Highly recommended vacation!

The apartment is small but perfectly equipped and livable, beautiful terrace where we dined almost every night, we had a great time and it is in a strategic point to visit all the attractions of the area. A short walk from the free beach and the establishments. We had a great time, and we absolutely recommend it. Apartment within walking distance of the sea, adjacent to the bike path, serviced area. The condominium is tidy and clean, although not up to the standards of the apartment's interiors, which are well renovated and equipped with all amenities. The railroad is nearby but negligible given the quality of the windows... I would say imperceptible. We were really comfortable. Stefania is kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The house is really nice: tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. It was a convenient starting point for a few trips. Too bad Cesano doesn't offer much: those who only look for tranquility will be in the ideal place. Returning home, we will miss the balcony overlooking the sea! Andrea and his wife were always very helpful.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Excellent location both for the distance from the sea, you cross the road and reach the beach, and from the city center, a walk along the promenade allows you to arrive in a few minutes. Location, with respect to the sea, excellent. Bathroom staff, booked by him, kind and helpful. Contained but functional accommodation. A pull-out sofa bed would be better than a fixed one. However, his constant presence was reassuring. Recommended.

We spent two really nice weeks in Edoardo's house. The house is comfortable, nothing is missing, the garden is really nice but above all the location is very convenient to the beach and the center of the town but it still remains in a quiet and very quiet location. Edoardo was a kind host, you will have no difficulty communicating with him! A perfect solution for those traveling with children and animals.
