José was extremely attentive throughout our stay. We had a change of time on the flight and he kindly allowed us to stay longer in the apartment, which made all the difference for our experience to be smooth — we are very grateful for that. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: cozy, well heated, with a very comfortable bed and a shower with very hot water, ideal for the cold days of Santiago. The location is spectacular, very close to the Costanera Center, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, which gave us even more comfort during the trip. It was a great experience and we certainly recommend hosting!

Great apartment. I live in Airbnb places around the world. This was one of the best places I have stayed. Comfortable bed, nice shower, well set up kitchen with really nice cookware, quiet. Close to as much shopping, eating, and drinking places as you could want. About 15 minute walk to the huge metro park in the hills with miles of trails. Less than 5 minutes walk to the river paths. Close to Metro stations, and the metro is a great way to get around the city. Close to numerous clinics and hospitals if you do medical tourism. Good access to the airport. The city, and business and apartment owners keep the area really clean. Finally, the owners are very responsive, helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay in this apartment again if I go back to Santiago.

The details make the difference, despite being in the heart of Santiago, it is quite quiet and not noisy, when entering the apartment the aroma of the environment is exquisite and that is already a plus, finely selected decoration, necessary utensils for everything, even board games and a small terrace with a dim light for a nightly evening overlooking the city. Super nice! I recommend it 100% Valid to repeat!
