Our stay was great. Patrício was very kind to us and did his best to make us comfortable and help us with whatever we needed. The apartment was impeccable, clean and organized, all the details as advertised. The kitchen is complete with many items of crockery, pots and pans, and a microwave. The bedding is amazing, we feel like we're in a hotel bed. We missed a towel rack in the bathroom, a soap dish inside the shower, and a mat to get out of the shower when wet. Fan and heater available, but we don't use them. The location is great, a few minutes' walk to the subway, a bus stop nearby, many restaurants and shops on the street, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the Costanera Center (shopping and supermarket). We loved the experience at this place.

We love everything, the building staff are super polite and always helped us with everything. The best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. I recommend it to everyone.

I'm grateful to Yasna, even though my stay was short, it made me feel welcome. Great location in Barrio Italia: restaurants, cafes and bars all just a stone's throw away. Communication with Mauricio was very friendly from the beginning and his self-made videos helped us a lot at check-in. In addition, he was always available. This Airbnb has an excellent location to tour the beautiful city of Santiago. The apartment itself is very close to the Tobalaba metro station and the Costanera Mall. We enjoyed very much our stay and will consider it next time we are down under in South America. Thanks Karina for all your help!

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
