Really large apartment for 2 people, well located with a good pizzeria right next door. It was clean, there was air conditioning, which was not too much given the heat.

Kikko was really nice! He gave us good advises where to go at ischia. The flat is really nice and cozy and has everything you need. The surroundings are nice and quiet, you can even hear the waves in the night sometimes :) would defenitely stay there again.

Marco’s mother greeted us and showed us through the apartment and explained everything to us. They also had many recommendations for eating and sightseeing. Lovely apartment in the heart of old town, but extremely quiet. Lovely view from the rooftop garden. Will hopefully stay again one day.

Nico's apartment is an oasis of calm. After the bustling city, you can still sit on the beautiful terrace. The apartment is, as shown in the photos, nicely furnished, bathroom and kitchen very clean and tidy. The metro can be reached in a few minutes. There are some nice pizzerias and restaurants nearby. Nico is very nice and helpful and lives in the same house. Overall: everything is great!

Such a wonderful stay! It was so peaceful and quiet - just beautiful! Emma was amazing from start to finish with communicating and recommending local spots. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone coming to Napoli and wanting to stay outside of the city center :) Thanks again!

We had a great time in the small apartment overlooking the sea. Waking up in the morning and seeing the sea from the bed is really great. Iryna is a super host who responds quickly to questions. She gave us good recommendations for restaurants and supermarkets in the surrounding area. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

We loved our stay at Maria’s place. The view was incredible and the location was perfect. It’s got everything you need for a short stay. Maria was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

A most relaxing and peaceful stay at Marks in Capri! We were given really good restaurant recommendations which we were able to try 4, and loved them all. An easy location to walk to town and catch a taxi or a bus. Saw much more of Capri on this visit due to our convenient and quiet location with a stunning view of the ocean and the gulls. The villa was really nice and spacious. Best part was the most incredible views of Capri and the water. Caterina was amazing, she was always checking in and helping us book whatever we needed. She went above and beyond in taking care of us and ensuring we enjoy our trip. Only thing I would caution is that the villa has a lot of stairs, so be prepared to do lots of stairs during your stay! Overall highly recommend and would book again!

We had a great time at Giusi's place! The views over Ischia from the terrasse and garden are truly astonishing and there is ample space to sit and relax, especially in the very large garden. The kitchen is also good for cooking for a group. We were doing a "workacation" there and the place was very suitable to this. You can also be quickly to Forio or Sant'Angelo with a car ; several hiking trails start from the village Serrara Fontana. Although we didn't use it, it seemed well linked to the bus system as well. Finally, Guisi was very nice, reactive and helpful when we had questions or issues, and gave us great advice. We would really recommend this place!

We had a great stay (2 people) place was clean and well maintained! We liked the tasteful decoration and colour scheme. We felt safe and secure, a little bit of family noise from the neighbours but nothing that disturbed us. Excellent host, quick responded and helpful! Overall a smooth experience, definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

I had a great stay at Olimpia's place, which was in a neighbourhood with great restaurants, and a 20-30 min stroll to the historical centre. Olimpia was also super friendly and accommodating, even letting me check in early. And the place was very clean and comfortable. All in all, very nice accommodations!

Very good location, very quiet and spacious for two! However it’s quite moist and lack of daylight (not an issue if you don’t stay in the apartment during all the day). The air conditioning helps a lot with the humidity. We had a very pleasant stay at Anna’s location.

We spent four days in Ischia. We had a very good time with Cristina and Francesco. The house is close to several points of interest around Forio (Poseidon thermal baths and Citara beach, Sorgeto Bay, source of the Nitrodi Nymphs, Mount Epomeo). With the moped, it is also very easy to reach other destinations on this wonderful island. The house has every comfort including a beautiful garden in front. Cristina and Francesco were always available and kind. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay, book it!! The view from the balcony is the best of anywhere I’ve ever stayed, looks even better than the photos. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very clean, and Marina was a perfect host. There is an elevator and a washing machine. 10 minute walk from the metro through the Spanish quarter, tons of restaurants, would absolutely stay again.

Paola and her daughter Zelda are very friendly, smiling and very responsive hosts. The accommodation is in a great location for getting to the historic center (5 min from the train station). The terrace is really a plus to relax in peace after visiting Naples.

My friend and I really loved Francesco’s place, only downfall was we wish we had more time there! Francesco was super helpful and nice and was at disposal for any questions we might have had, was super thorough and informative about the location & how to get around town. The view out on the terrace is unmatched, truly enjoyed spending time out there admiring the view with a cup of coffee the brief mornings we were there. So sad typing this review just thinking about it but I will be back!

Spent a week at this amazing apartment, Alessandra was an amazing host. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, apartment also has an beautiful balcony overlooking the bay of Naples, great to sit out on in the evening sunshine after a day sightseeing. It is a short walk into the town and approx 15 minute walk to the supermarket. We loved the small beach which is 10 metres away, there is a very large beach about 25 minutes walk away which was beautiful. Apartment has private parking which was a big plus. Fantastic experience. The appartment is beautifully renovated, clean and well equipped. Balcony is large providing views of the mountain and the sea. The master bedroom is spacious. The second single bedroom is 'compact'. The location is ideal. On the edge of the tourist zone we only met locals. A good supermarket 2 Min walk away and the bus station only 5 mins away. The hosts were welcoming, helpful and friendly. If I come back to Capri I will stay here again.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! very close to everything you need and 2 metro stations and the funicular to the castle. The balcony and terrace aree fantastic for watching the sub go down with a glass of wine. Aircon excellent in the bedrooms and lounge. large flat with lots of space.
