Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Procchio

Heidi's cottage is a small gem, located in a quiet and private location but very close (5-minute drive) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and welcoming, perfectly in line with the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our little dog loved the garden and the dog beach right under the house! The only small flaw as far as our habits were concerned was the fact that it was not possible to completely darken the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in her responses and, although distant, available whenever we needed her.

Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

I'm not sure if I spoke to Giada for the reservation and for some information, but whoever wrote to me was always very friendly and helpful. During check-in and my stay, I interacted with the parents, in particular with Mrs. Gigliola. She always responded quickly and was always extremely helpful. The apartment is as described. Convenient private parking 10 meters from the front door. The outdoor area is beautiful with a small table, chairs and deck chairs to enjoy the tranquility of the area, the sunset while sipping an aperitif or just relaxing. They also provided 2 clotheslines to air out the clothes or, possibly for laundry, which I washed by hand. Given the season is not yet very hot, they have provided an electric heater. Without taking the car you can start on GTE trekking. Nearest mini-market is 5 min drive (not cheap), otherwise 30' there is the supermarket.

A very tastefully decorated apartment. The view of the sea is fantastic and a small beach is right in front of the house. We had a very nice time here.

Communication and check-in were very straightforward, Gianfrancesco was very personable and took the time to show us the accommodation. We enjoyed our stay, Gianfra's accommodation has everything you need for it in a vacation rental. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic view from the terrace.

Silvia's house is very nice, equipped, clean and in a unique location: terrace with sunset over the sea, really very impressive. Mr. Marino is kind and helpful: he gave us useful tips for taking beautiful walks (ring path of the old cellars of Chiessi: a wonder for the eyes: I highly recommend it!) We had a very good time with everything: magical island, impeccable house, the town center within walking distance, the very welcoming locals… in short, good vibes 🤗 We will definitely be back. ⛵️

Optimal location for walking to the beach. You have a view of the sea, a beautiful terrace with outdoor barbecue and much more. The beach is wonderful. We had an e-bike with what you need if you want to go uphill to the best baker. We highly recommend the place.

We had a great time in Punta Ala, especially the terrace and garden were wonderful. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful vacation in a great place. The apartment was as described, and from the terrace we had a view of a beautiful pool where we could relax. Stefano and Cristian throughout our stay were ready to help us if we needed anything. Stefano is the best host and I would recommend everyone to stay at his place.

Il Casale di Giovanni is truly an oasis of peace and tranquility where you can recharge your batteries after a year of work. Just a 10-minute drive from the beautiful free or equipped beaches and numerous characteristic villages and hamlets that are worth a visit. The house is just like the description if not better, spacious and equipped with all the comforts. Giovanni is a punctual, precise and discreet host. In one word: super recommended!!

Proactively responded to any type of request Home: Same as described in a true way What I loved: 1) terrace in the kitchen, very spacious for dinner, breakfast 2) parking very close to the house 3) very quiet and quiet area, but only 10 minutes by car from the beach (in Punta Ala there is never traffic...) 4) the beach club is among the most renowned in the area, so it is a gift that has its own value

Very nice, modern and sparkling clean accommodation in a beautiful and spacious hotel complex in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and Simona was a great host. It was just a pity that the pool area was not yet open in mid-April. Thank you, dear Simona, we will definitely come back someday!

Great location, 2min walk from bus stop and 5min walk from beach and supermarket, has everything you need in the kitchen as well. Highly recommend.

We are a group of 5 people who have walked the GTE and have chosen this house as a stopover. Great location for a nice refreshing evening dip. Beach easily reached in swimsuit and flip-flops!

Danilo is a very welcoming host who gives a lot of useful advice. The house is very clean and large. The terrace is beautiful and very well maintained. The bikes available are a plus. By bike the beach is 5 minutes away. There is a very good restaurant a 3-minute walk away. We had a lovely stay. Marino di campo is a good base for the south and east of the island.

A lovely and unique place to stay. View is insanely good, the privacy with sea access is amazing. Overall a great place to have a fantastic holiday

Super cute and well furnished apartment near the beach and the Corso di Procchio! Equipped with all the comforts. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Well-stocked kitchen with dishes! Veranda/ Garden with barbecue and wooden table where we were able to have a very good barbecue! Only flaw, the very high humidity that unfortunately we found in every room. It was probably the first rental of the season and the apartment had been closed for a long time. despite this, already on the third night the situation had much improved thanks to the air conditioners/dehumidifiers in every room! I recommend this apartment and we will definitely be back!

The week spent at Claudio's accommodation was very nice, great location. Peace, tranquility and ease to get to the sea, comfort of the cottage and excellent communication with the hosts, these are the ingredients that made our vacation wonderful.

Impeccable welcome. Very clean and functional accommodation located 2 steps from the beach and close to the center. I really recommend this place. However, we had bad luck. Our neighbors for 2 nights were numerous and extremely noisy… especially at night which spoiled our stay. It's a real shame and Arianna is in no way responsible.
