This was such a dream. If you want a beautiful, private place to relax and play out your medieval Italian fantasies, this is the spot. Gorgeous, walkable (though a steep hill) to the main part of town and all the delicious restaurants. And simply unbeatable views. Not to mention Rosalia is such a gem. I wish I could have stayed forever.

We only stayed 2 nights, but every time we saw the view and the sunset from the terrace... we told ourselves that it is a wonderful fortune to live there. we were welcomed by Eva with genuine and spontaneous friendliness. A very quiet town that offers a lot of tranquility, immersed in the typical landscape of the area, with the sea within sight! the house is a gem but the bathroom wins over everything! thank you for the opportunity and hospitality see you next time! all

Anna Maria and her husband welcomed us to their slice of paradise. A very nice place with a panoramic view from above towards the cliff and the sea. Pratesi is about 8 km from Marciana Alta and 14 km from Marciana Marina. You feel good and breathe good air. The sheets and towels were not included in the service but were delivered to us by the host. Recommended for those who want to stay in a quiet place.

Beautiful location for an airbnb in a beautiful city. A stones throw from piazza del campo and the rest of the center of the city. Terrace outside is also a beautiful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or relax before going to sleep. AC worked great, would highly recommend this location.

A perfect place that has the advantage of staying cool when it's hot outside. With dessert and wine, the welcome was beautiful. We found a starting point for the ideal to discover this exceptional area. Dante could have written his "Paradise" there.

I stayed a week with my husband and our children. Everything was very clean, organized to the point of giving comfort to guests, Mrs. Carla was very kind and helpful. The house is convenient for walking to the center, but also for going for walks since parking is easily found. The street is a little noisy, but perfection does not exist. I recommend it, a real gem.

We had a wonderful stay at Letizia's place. The property is perfectly located on the outskirts of San Gimignano overlooking the city and the Tuscan countryside. We were able to park in the parking lot next door at a discount through Letizia, which was very convenient. The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped. We would definitely visit again!

We had a fantastic stay thanks to the hospitality and enthusiasm of Barbara and Emmanuele, who were kind enough to spend unforgettable moments with us, despite their work obligations. The apartment is impeccable: clean, tidy and well organized. Their house is well located in southern Tuscany, not far from cultural and archaeological centers such as Vetulonia, Massa Marittima, or Grosseto. Beautiful beaches are only 1/4 of an hour, 20 minutes by car, such as Follonica or Castiglione. In short, if you pass through the area, really don't hesitate, go for it! We loved our stay here! The house is charming and so unique. We especially loved the beautiful views from our patio and the restaurants nearby. Caleb was a great host and was very responsive. The cats in the area were definitely a huge bonus. We can’t wait to be back!

A wonderful peaceful place in Tuscany. Spent most of our evenings out on the balcony, admiring the beautiful view. Home was well appointed and comfortable inside, and the host was very responsive to any questions or issues. Radda was also lovely, with good food, wine and a local tap room with interesting options! Would strongly recommend a stay here.

Independent apartment, very clean, spacious, equipped with all the amenities and with a large terrace where you can have breakfast, sunbathe and admire the view. Nestled in the fields, the place is quiet and calm, a great refuge for visiting the beautiful surroundings. Very, very kind and helpful hosts, full of care and advice. Super-recommended address!!

A beautiful stay in Tuscany perfect for relaxing on the property and visiting towns.

Valeria and Simone have a super nice and clean apartment! We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment offers a great starting point for numerous hikes and excursions. During our stay, we always got good tips and advice from the two. Our dog also felt very comfortable and since the property is completely fenced, he was able to move freely. We would come back back. It was an incredibly beautiful time!

It was a more than pleasant stay. Ezio and Angela's home is a small paradise surrounded by nature. We were welcomed as family. Communication was great, easy and good advice. I really appreciated the great flexibility in check-in and check-out that made us independent. Everything really great! We'll definitely be back! Very convenient to reach the thermal springs of Petriolo: just under half an hour by car in the middle of the countryside.

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

Francesco is an excellent host. Podere Cupiano is a fantastic estate. The views are to die for. Sopratutto, the pool is amazing. Montieri is a super cute and friendly town nearby with great restaurants. You should also visit the restaurant at VIN Hotel, a ten minute walk away.
