Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

Positioned right on the CBD tram line just off Melbourne's iconic Lygon Street, the Laneway Studio is in the heart of East Brunswick village's bustling nightlife. All Melbourne's best pubs, clubs, restaurants and hotspots are also within a 5km radius. With your own private entrance via the laneway and private outdoor space, the Laneway Studio is a perfect place to lay your hat. There's a lovely park just across the street too. The old stables in Fitzroy North. Our space is a renovated old stables situated at the back of our home in Fitzroy north. The two properties are kept separate, so the house is all yours for the duration of your stay. We designed the space to feel as though it is connected to the garden, the wooden ceiling and large glass sliding doors open up to let nature in. This is a place for relaxation, a retreat that is still close to the fun of the city.
