Stand alone guest house in a beautiful private wooded setting. Studio style (no separate bedroom) with comfy king bed and queen sleeper sofa, recently remodeled bathroom with large shower, fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator and microwave) and coffee bar with Keurig. Short drive to downtown Nashville (45 minutes or so depending on traffic) Franklin, Leipers Fork and near I-40, I-65 and I-840. We love animals but do not allow pets due to regular, returning guests with pet allergies.
