Welcome to our "little yellow house" (although, it's not really that little). Centrally located in Chatfield - about 20 minutes to Rochester and a stones-throw to many great Root River adventure areas! This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas, plus plenty of off-street parking space. There is also a secure, oversized single-car garage for safe vehicle storage. It's a 5 minute walk to many restaurants, bars, parks, grocery, convenience stores, etc.

Two story apartment, spacious!

This is a furnished apartment in a renovated church. One bedroom with a queen bed and large walk in closet on the lower level. A stairway takes you to an upper loft with three twin beds. Pack n play available and high chair too, upon request. Pets are welcome. Located a very short walk to Sylvan Park which has a wonderful playground. Plenty of counter space for a gathering. You’re welcome to park your bikes inside the apartment if you don’t mind bringing them up the exterior stairs. :)

High Court Loft is on the 3rd floor above High Court Pub on Lanesboro's historic Main Street. The large open space features a wall bed, kitchen w/1 pot induction stovetop, convection toasteroven, coffeemaker, fridge & microwave. The Loft is great for lounging or entertaining small groups.
