Vacation rentals with a patio in Prescott Valley

Ruth's Airbnb unit was in a perfect location for the purpose of my visit. I appreciated the clear instructions on day of check-in and the communication prior to my check-in. The unit was spotless and had a fully stocked kitchen for making meals. The beds were comfy with nice linens. The condo is much more spacious than I anticipated, and it was very quiet. There is a creek and path nearby which was nice to walk in the mornings and evenings. It is also close to the downtown area as well. I would definitely stay again and if you are looking for a place that can house two couples, this would be an ideal spot. Thank you, Ruth and Kevin for a wonderful stay!

This was our second time staying at Sam Hill Apartments and we’ll definitely be back again. The location is perfect, within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and sightseeing spots, which made it super convenient for our toddler and two large dogs. The small yard is a huge plus, just the right size for our dogs to comfortably use the bathroom. The apartment itself is clean and thoughtfully stocked with kitchen basics, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. There was even enough space for a playpen, which made traveling with a two-year-old so much easier. Highly recommend for families and pet owners.

Really liked your place! Great for a short visit. The location was amazing!! I saw part of Prescott, AZ that I didn't know existed. Close to downtown, and also parks and lakes. I would stay here again, and again. Thank you, Joey and Peter

The place had everything we needed while I cared for a family member nearby. It was a quiet spot to return to after a long day. I enjoyed sitting under the Mulberry trees while relaxing too!

Janne and Byron are super hosts and the apartment like accommodation's are second to none! Their place is central to many restaurant's, shops, bars, golf courses, gas and grocery stores. We love this place and always stay there when visiting Prescott, AZ. It's a very private location and have outdoor seating too to enjoy a firepit or just relax and read a book. We'll be back, Lord willing!

This house was perfect for my family. The game room was the highlight for the kids and it really was home away from home. Spencer responded quickly to any questions I had!

I’ve stayed at AirBnBs for 10+ years and we chose to stay here for 5 days during a cross country road trip/move to visit with local family. This has by far been the best AirBnB we have ever stayed at. There is absolutely everything you can think of, high end finishes/touches throughout, and the view is amazing. The host is phenomenally responsive and was at the ready for any questions. I cannot recommend this place enough and we have this bookmarked for future family trips!! Thank you so much!!

We loved staying in Melody's cozy place. It was spotless with a stocked coffee bar that was super nice. Easy to find, in a nice neighborhood, and close to coffee shops and Whiskey Row. Would recommend this place.

Our stay at Prescott Paradise was amazing. It was spacious, very clean, very well organized, had everything we needed for preparing meals, relaxing, game times and enjoying our Cousins Retreat. Although we didn’t have children, the house was well supplied with gear for children. Our host Diane was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks Diane, we heartily recommend this place.

We had 4 couples stay for a birthday weekend. The home was beautiful and clean. Amazing views and so relaxing.

2nd time with Melanie. We attended the Reata Pass auction across the street. Convenient for us. Mexican restaurant is always good. We had a little issue and was responded to with in minutes. ALL GOOD

Melanie was an amazing host! It's the cutest little spot & the outside area feels very cost & private too. It's a beautiful building & the decor was really perfect, I stayed in the corner room #3 & enjoyed lunch one day outside in my little private corner patio too... The shower water pressure is excellent & hot. The bed & pillows are like a spa. I stayed 3 nights & it was dreamy! I actually extended my stay adding on the last night after I arrived... It's 5 min or less to the Rodeo grounds, local night life... Quiet at night, you can hear some things during the day... Very nice area. I'll be back for sure!

We had a great time in Prescott. We were able to enjoy the beautiful walk from the airbnb straight to downtown. We felt safe and comfortable while we stayed at Sunny's airbnb. We will definitely book in the future for another great vacation.

Melanie was a great host, and the condo was exactly what we were expecting. In the description, Melanie talked about the possible road noise because the suite we stayed in was right on the road. Since we were out most of the day, it wasn't very disruptive. Plus, the traffic doesn't really start up until about 9:00 am and dies pretty quickly after 9:00 pm. The location was what we were looking for--ever so slightly off the beaten path--we didn't want to be in the heart of downtown Prescott because we're early-to-bed, early-to-rise people and didn't want to risk noisy nights. It's only a 5 minute drive (if that) to downtown. And there's a coffeehouse/cafe within easy walking distance--The Cove that has outstanding coffee!
