Eine bemerkenswerte Unterkunft mit Traumhafter Aussicht, bei der man wirklich runterkommt. Die Unterkunft ist absolut einen Besuch wert!

Davide and Annalisa's cottage was absolutely gorgeous, exactly as the pictures showed. It was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our last week in Italy. Breakfast out on the patio with the birds chirping and surrounded by nature was a great way to start the day. Davide lit the heater for the hot tub for us and we were able to enjoy a wonderful evening relaxing. Davide and Annalisa were full of good recommendations for restaurants and local places to visit. The cottage is within driving distance of so much - Pisa, Florence, Siena and of course San Gimignano just to name a few. All the amenities we needed were included, the WIFI was great and the cottage was very comfortable. I would highly recommended staying here and if we are ever in the vicinity we would certainly stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay in the cottage for nine nights. Villa Alta is in a beautiful location and the grounds around the house are so well maintained. We enjoyed both the shared pool and our own private terrace with hot tub. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and perfect for our needs. It was a perfect base for us to explore the area. Raffaella was so friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the villa on a couple of occasions. We would highly recommend a stay here.

il soggiorno a casa di sara è stato davvero molto piacevole. questa bella casa restaurata di recente si affaccia su un giardino fiorito e profumato. la cucina è attrezzata con elettrodomestici super e stoviglie di qualità. i letti sono molto comodi e la biancheria è di pregio. non manca nulla per godersi appieno la vacanza. un'altra cosa che rende speciale questo borgo è il fatto di dover lasciare la macchina e arrivare a casa piedi con una piacevole passeggiata mentre i bagagli viaggiano sul trattore guidato da Bryan. lontani dal rumore della città ho vissuto delle ore immersa nella pace e nel verde dei boschi sullo sfondo. sara e bryan sono host premurosi e accoglienti e sanno anticipare ogni desiderio. raccomando vivamente questo posto se si vogliono vivere momenti ti vero relax.

The place is located on top of the hill. It has been a pleasure to stay for a few nights at Federico's place. He has been really helpful when we asked questions, to find the place etc. It is a lovely family house. We did not test the jaccuzi because off season but I guess on sunny days it must be amazing. The view from the house is stunning.

Schöne Aussicht, 20 min mit dem Auto von der nächsten Stadt entfernt, ohne Auto nicht erreichbar. Die Kommunikation lief super, das Haus war mit Navi gut zu finden & die Gegend ist sehr schön

We really enjoyed our holiday at cas nel bosco, the house is very quiet and close to nature. We liked that very much. The pool and the garden offer total relaxation. We already miss everything very much. In the valley it was often 32 degrees in the first week and upstairs in the house it was very pleasant. The pool was super refreshing. The house has everything you need and the small village of Medicina is very charming. The access road is narrow and very winding, but we also saw some wildlife. Communication with Francesca and Paola was straightforward and enquiries were answered immediately. Thank you very much, we had a great holiday.

Le séjour chez Dominick s’est très bien passé, le logement correspond en tout point à l’annonce. Facile d’accès, c’est une petite maison avec un espace privé pour les locataires, très bien équipé (clim, ventilateur plafond, four, plaque, café, piscine, terrasse) et en parfait état. Les instructions de Dominick sont très claires et bien détaillées (arrivée, départ, villes avoisinantes, gares, déplacements, restaurants, etc.). Dominick a toujours été disponible et très réactif dans les échanges. C’est un hôte très accueillant et bienveillant envers ses locataires, et qui saura vous guider dans votre séjour. Un vrai plaisir d’avoir fait sa connaissance. Une adresse à retenir que nous recommandons fortement.

La casa è bella e offre tutti i servizi necessari. La strada per arrivare, soprattutto nell'ultimo tratto, si inerpica un po', tuttavia non è stato difficile raggiungere l'alloggio. Si gode di una bella vista e della tranquillità della natura, la strada è trafficata pochissimo ed è possibile uscire a piedi per fare una splendida passeggiata nei boschi. Le camere sono accoglienti, i letti comodi, i bagni funzionali, gli spazi per mangiare e rilassarsi sufficientemente spaziosi (eravamo 4 adulti e 2 cani). Il riscaldamento dei termosifoni avviene attraverso la cucina a legna, inizialmente serve prendere un po' di dimestichezza ma una volta scaldata la casa risulterà molto confortevole e il fuoco del legno è un ottimo compagno per trascorrere momenti di relax e tranquillità lontano dal caos e dalla frenesia. Chris è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni. Un solo suggerimento: una guida sull'uso della cucina a legna

Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch den Vermieter. Das Haus und seine Technik wurde umfassend erklärt. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet. Viel mehr als sonst üblich. Haushaltsgegenstände und sogar Verbrauchsmaterial, Toilettenpapier, Küchenpapier, Spülmittel, sogar Duschgel waren vorhanden. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Begrüßungskorb mit Lebensmitteln und dem selbstgemachten Olivenöl vorgefunden. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Begrüßung! Wir haben das Haus im Winter gebucht und die Heizung funktionierte prima. Es war immer warm und wohlig. Eine wunderschöne Weihnachtsdeko wurde uns präsentiert und hat Weihnachten zu einem Erlebnis gemacht. Der Vermieter stand immer mit Rat und Tat, Restaurantsuche, Tierklinik etc.zur Verfügung und hat uns super unterstützt. Vielen Dank . Wir sind mit 2 Hunden angereist. Aufgrund des großen und vollständig eingezäunten Grundstückes, konnten die Hunde siich austoben. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen und wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Stayed for a few days as i was visiting the race circuit at Imola. Perfect for that, about 25 min drive direct to the Aqua Minerali entrance. Set up on a hillside , very peaceful and beautiful. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. I didn’t eat at any restaurants as i ate at the circuit and cooked at the house. There is a small supermarket in the town 10 mins away for all your supplies. Lovely to eat outside amongst the trees. Highly recommend if you visiting this beautiful part of Italy.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Toskana. Die Unterkunft ist malerisch, das Haus ist liebevoll restauriert, der Pool brachte die Abkühlung in einer heißen Woche. Alles notwendige haben wir vorgefunden. Wie beschrieben: Die Unterkunft ist abgelegen, die Zufahrt mit unserem Familien-Van VW Touran aber machbar. Bitte unbedingt der Anweisung von Andrea folgen; dann ist es gut zu finden.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Antonellas Unterkunft und haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Alles hat super geklappt und werden gerne unsere Erfahrung mit unseren Freunden teilen.👍👍👍

This villa was so beautiful in a such a classic way. There were 5 of us, 2 couples in the upstairs room and one single in the pull out couch, near the kitchen. Both bathrooms are upstairs. One in the master and the other outside both rooms. We were only there two nights but wished we stayed in this region longer. The property was stunning, the pool was heaven, and the closest restaurant (4 min drive) Uscio e Bottega was the best meal I had my two weeks in Italy. (That’s obviously saying a lot). The local olive oil farm you can walk to surrounded by the sweetest Great Pyrenees’ was such a treat to find. We ended the visit with a tasting at Nittardi which is a 10 min drive from the property. It was an absolute hidden gem of a place rich with history, beautiful grounds, and amazing wine. We how to come back and stay here again’.

Das Ferienhaus war für uns als 5-köpfige Familie ein wahrer Glücksgriff! Eingezäunt, mit Pool und großem Garten, Tischtennisplatte, Feuerstelle... für jeden war etwas dabei. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung. Bereits eine Stunde nach unserer Ankunft habe ich den nächsten Urlaub hier gebucht, so gut gefiel es uns. Trotz Hitze findet man durch die große Veranda immer einen schattigen Platz. Toll war die Außendusche, so konnten die Kinder abends einfach schnell abgespült werden, ohne großen Aufwand. Kleiner Tipp alle, die es zum Schlafen dunkel brauchen: nehmt das kleinere zimmer direkt neben dem Badezimmer 😉 Das Haus liegt etwas "versteckt" am Ende einer Sackgasse, war aber dank Ilarias Beschreibung (danke!!!) leicht zu finden. Einziges Manko ist die Straße, die man vor allen nachts, wenn alles ruhig ist, sehr laut hört. Ilaria hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben für Ausflüge in der Umgebung und war sehr freundlich umd hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder!

La casetta con campagna di Francesco e Laura è molto graziosa, immersa fra gli ulivi e la natura. Un contesto veramente bello e perfetto per rilassarsi, ma anche come punto di appoggio per visitare le bellezze della Toscana. L’alloggio dispone di tutto quel che serve per un soggiorno, il caminetto una vera chicca per creare un’atmosfera romantica. Se proprio dovessi fare una critica direi che il letto non è il top della comodità ma, essendo un divano letto ( visto il contesto open Space ) è assolutamente tollerabile. L’host Francesco ci ha accolto di persona e si è rivelato subito molto gentile e disponibile per renderci il soggiorno al top. Consigliatissimo!

Esperienza estremamente positiva, Sandra è una persona simpatica e disponibile e la sua casina arredata con gusto e dotata di tutto . È stato come vivere a casa propria . Torneremo di sicuro. Grazie mille

Tres Jolie maison rénovée avec goût. Grand jardin idéal pour les enfants et l’apéritif du soir, en regardant le coucher de soleil sur les montagnes au loin. Très propre et très fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. La famille d’accueil est très sympathique et nous a bien conseillé sur les visites à faire et les restaurants où aller. Super

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Sie ist sehr ruhig und privat in der Nähe von Tereglio gelegen, sodass man wunderbar in Mitten der Natur und Berge entspannen kann bei einer schönen Aussicht! Die Hütte ist rustikal, man findet alles was man benötigt. Besonders ist der gepflegte und liebevoll gestaltete Außenbereich mit Pool zu erwähnen. Die Eltern von Lorenza sind wirklich sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber und bei jeglichem Anliegen (z.B. Gepäck etc.) immer zu erreichen. Vielen Dank dafür! :) Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We hebben genoten van het huis in Torre, als eerste huis in Toscane was het heerlijk aankomen met aandacht en verwennerijen van Stefania en haar moeder en vader. Vlakbij Lucca een prima uitvalsbasis. Een eigen parkeerplaats en privacy. De communicatie was heel goed. Een huis om vooral lekker buiten te genieten met al die buitenterrassen. Dank jullie wel. Het was heel fijn!

Wir haben dieses Airbnb als großen Familien Urlaub gebucht und wollten ein paar schöne ruhige Tage mitten in der Toskana verbringen. Das Haus ist super schön und die Aussicht von der Pergola ist wirklich atemberaubend. Der Pool war für die heißen Tage genau das richtige. Das Haus hatte ein tolles Toskana Flair und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Vermieter war immer gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir werden sehr sehr gerne wiederkommen und können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

We visited La Casa di Elsa for the second time after having stayed there two years ago. We knew what to expect and our stay this time was even better than last time considering Marco and Graziella installed an above ground pool!! Our daughter absolutely loved spending the evenings in the pool, especially since we had the best two weeks of hot weather to make us really appreciate the joy of a refreshing dip. Graziella and Marco are the best hosts, very welcoming, are always responsive and are very respectful of the guest’s privacy. All in all a great visit and I’m sure we’ll be back for a third time :)

abbiamo soggiornato in 7 in questa splendida struttura. il proprietario, così come Donatella e Daniela, sono stati reattivi e gentilissimi in ogni richiesta. il podere è immerso nel verde, curatissimo in ogni dettaglio. facilmente raggiungibile in macchina (la strada sterrata nel bosco è facilmente percorribile). non mancava nulla!! lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia passare qualche giorno in un'oasi di pace e tranquillità.
