The small cottage in the hill is a pleasant place and in perfect, harmonic tuning with the nature. The house features the great advantage to be warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a walk away from the town cente, the old town and shops; just 5 minutes away. The SITA bus stop for Bari is 150 ms away from the cottage. The pool is for the exclusive USE of guests. However, due to its size it is not possible to heat it. Therefore, it can be used from June 1st to September 30th.

Bimmisca Cottage - cypress

“Cottage Bimmisca”is a charming place, a small house with a wonderful view of the sea of the Vendicari nature reserve and which seems to float on a cloud of olive trees. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).

Giardino dell'Alcantara Cottage

Immersed in the lush countryside of Taormina, 10 minutes by car from the Old Town and 5 minutes by car from the sea, the Cottage is equipped with a splendid shared saltwater pool (open from April 1 to October 31) and one and a half hectares of fully accessible land. It consists of dining room, equipped kitchen, bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom and large and panoramic private terrace overlooking the Alcantara Valley and Etna.

Rustic and cozy, this adorable cottage is situated in a historic private estate immersed among secular olive trees and stone walls. The whole living space, which includes a small kitchen area and a wood stove, opens on the terrace thanks to the huge patio window offering a breathtaking view on the Gulf of Portovenere. There are two separate bedrooms with closets and a bathroom. The laundry area is in a separate adjoining space.
