Tower vacation rentals in Italy

This was an incredible and relaxing getaway—we honestly wish we had stayed longer. The tower is just as magical as the photos, and the views, olive grove, and pool were even better than expected. The surrounding town is darling and quiet, with just a couple of small restaurants and markets, which made it feel like a true escape. Luca was kind and responsive throughout our stay. Just a few things to note: there are a lot of stairs, and you’ll want a smaller car to navigate the narrow roads leading up to the tower. It’s a real castle, so it’s older and rustic—but full of charm and clearly loved. The only downside was that the hot tub on the roof no longer works, which was a bit of a letdown. Still, we absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend it.

Relax and enjoy the many treasures of the tower and the surroundings. Ruvo de Puglia is a pleasant and authentic town, from where you can discover Puglia. We had the pleasure to sight a fox regularly and the many sounds of nature in the orchard were enticing. We used many herbs from the garden when cooking. Alessandra provided us with information about the herbs and nature in the orchard. Alessandra was a fantastic host, very informative and responsive. Our holiday was two weeks, during which we enjoyed ourselves more and more.

Lovely location, structure of great charm and amenities suitable for the type of environment. The hosts are very nice and very responsive, although not available on-site. We didn't have a problem. Too bad for the price that..is quite high; I understand that you pay for the experience, and it is there, but this could affect the possibility of returning more often with other friends interested in the type of vacation

Terracina is a beautiful town and the location of this Appartment in the historical center is amazing. There arw many small restaurants in the vicinity and the access to the beach ocean is beautiful.

The place is absolutely beautiful, close to Positano and Amalfi. It was really clean, and the host was very responsive. We would definitely choose this place for our next trip.

The host Monica was exceptionally welcoming. Showed us around to ensure we knew everything about the tower. She also had fresh pasta and a cake for our arrival! Gave us instructions on the best way to cook it. The tower is beautiful and has been updated in the most complimentary way. From fellow craftsman to craftsman the design and workmanship of the interior is beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice. If you love mid evil times this is your place.

It was beautiful, easy access to the beach, and restaurants. You can do boat tours, in that location. I would recommend this castle.

We loved our stay at San Fabiano castle. The location was perfectly situated between Siena and the Brunello/Montalcino wine region, with easy access to each by car. As the listing states this location is best for those with a rental car or pre-arranged transportation. The grounds themselves and common areas of the castle are lovely, with a lot of space to wander and appreciate the castle from different perspectives. The suite is clean, and has fans that help on warmers days/nights. Our temps were in the low 80s and overcast and the suite stayed cool enough to be comfortable with the fan. A minor suggestion is to have bug spray handy if you tend to attract mosquitos (we were told they can be common due to the nearby river). I’d be remiss not to mention Giovanni who was the host on site supporting us throughout our stay. He was very easily accessible throughout our stay. He helped with recommendations in the area and even helped us secure a taxi to our train station. Being connected to the family who owns the estate was a special and unique experience we’ll never forget.

A truly wow-place! Highly recommended!

The house/tower is a beautiful building in a quiet, very beautiful area. After a day out, it's nice to come home, with a dip in the pool and a nice spot on the terrace in sight. Moreover, it is a good base for various excursions in the area (Ostuni, Cisternino, Ceglie Messapica etc.) I definitely recommend it!

Torben and his mom were really very kind and friendly to us, they allowed us to stay for a magical night in the Tower, yes, it's a real tower! The accommodation is beautiful, it makes you feel in a unique place in the peace of mind, we will be back;)

I had a lovely and very comfortable stay in Marina’s gorgeous historic property. Marina was a perfect host, attentive, kind and very forthcoming with restaurants recommendations & places to visit. The bed is very comfortable, and I had a wonderful restful couple of nights. The room is spotless and very bright, with all the comforts and also a great shower! The pool and loungers are great to chill & catch some rays ☀️ Might come back for Marina’s yoga and somatic gestalt bodywork in her beautiful yurt. If interested of contact Marina directly. Charming location, well-kept, able to give a journey through time and also a starting point for many excursions in the surroundings. Staying in a medieval tower is priceless and even the stairs to be climbed several times a day (as well as being good for your health) are a great price to pay to feel like a lord once in a lifetime. Perfect host, Debora is a very kind and passionate person.

Very nice place. Not close to the main area of Florence but a very unique stay and would recommend!

The Casina is a dream home! My husband and I stayed for a week for our honeymoon. It was the perfect space to truly relax and enjoy our time in Sovicille. The pool was amazing and the water was refreshing and so clean. The house had modern amenities and beautiful decor while also mixed in the history of the house. Rita was fantastic, her breakfast was lovely and kept our house tidy. A truly unforgettable experience, we will definitely be back soon!
