Vacation rentals with a patio in Prairie Creek

We enjoyed our stay at Sean’s place! The house was extremely clean, comfortable and easy to find. The pictures accurately depict the home & the washer/dryer was a must since we were in town for a baseball tournament. Sean was a great host, we would stay here again!

We had a great stay! The place was cute, clean, and had everything we needed—including laundry. It was an easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops, and we really appreciated the dedicated off-street parking and private entrance. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend!

With great experience for their stay in wonderful communication through Todd. The check-in was easy and we knew what to expect well before coming in for Business. The location is amazing, right off the highway and close to tons of restaurants and entertainment like Topgolf and the amp music venue. Will be back!

this place was amazing. felt just like home. the decor was adorable and fit the house perfectly! quiet area, literally the cutest house i have ever stayed in. not to mention, my car got stuck and jamie helped me get it out. she went above and beyond for my mother and i. not only is the house beautiful, but so is her heart. would definitely recommend and will absolutely stay here again if ever in the area.

Great place! Met all of our needs for our family of four adults… we each had a bed to ourselves and plenty of seating in the living area and kitchen spaces! Great decor, clean and well-appointed. Loved the Llama House! We will be back. Very close to the golf course tournaments in the Rogers area. Mit was a great host!

We loved our stay. One of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. I slept so well, the space was beautiful. Now I want an old house in Eureka! :)

Location was directly between Coler Preserve and Downtown. You can easily get anywhere by bike, and it was at the end of a small street with little to no traffic. Cute little house that fit our family well.

Great place for two people or a small family. Clean and plenty of linens provided. Well equipped kitchen. Nice covered patio space with table and chairs. Extremely walkable, easy parking. Good communication.

We loved staying here. We spent so much time on the screened in porch, taking full advantage of the hot tub, projector screen, and relaxing environment. We enjoyed an afternoon of kayaking and my kids loved playing foozball. This was the perfect spot for our short trip. Clean, relaxing, and fun. No shortage of pillows, which is important to me. One of my kids proclaimed the bed "the most comfortable bed ever" and wanted to take it home, lol.

This was great overall. The location is excellent and these units are new and well built. A couple of things to think about: 1. As stated in the listing, parking is limited. I had to find street parking one night. Fortunately, I got lucky and there was exactly one spot in front of Black Crown Social. 2. There were concerts at Railyard Live both Friday and Saturday night. The solid construction of these units did an impressive job at muffling most of it and my son and I slept just fine with some white noise playing. For these reasons, the units here may not be for everyone, but they were perfect for our weekend fishing trip.

Our experience at The Cozy Oz was incredible. The house is exactly as pictured online (maybe a little nicer in person). Zach and Kim have thought of every detail. One thing that stood out to me was the digital guest book/guide that you receive as soon as you book their property. It has a ton of helpful information including restaurant and activity recommendations. Though we didn't utilize the kitchen for preparing meals very much, it has a good supply of all dishes, pans, appliances etc. There were even basic spices for cooking, baggies for packing lunches or leftovers, skewers for making smores and much more. Zach came right over to the house when we had issues with getting the hot tub to turn on, but it was a quick fix. While visiting with Zach about our travel plans while on vacation, he let us borrow a water tube for our boat day on the lake so very kind of them to do! You should 100% book this home - you won't be disappointed!

We were in town for a baseball tourney and this place was great, especially since it rained a lot! We took morning walks to the Fayetteville square, Dickson street, and edge of campus. Parking in the garage was a bonus. Everything was super clean and we appreciated the extras provided (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, laundry pods, and even some welcome snacks). Thanks for a great stay!

We loved having a place where all the adults could have a king sized bed. The location was very convenient to a family reunion we were attending in Bella Vista/Tanyard park area. Nels responded quickly to us, and we look forward to staying when we come to the area again.

We stayed in suite A. It was exactly as pictured and squeaky clean. Amenities included complimentary bottles of water and munchies, as well as coffee. The suite was very quiet. The hot tub was a great plus! The only downside, if you can call it that, was that the designated parking space was difficult to get out of. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, conveniently located, easy walk to downtown. Room decor was beautiful and the place was immaculate. Communication with the Host was great. If your undecided on a place to book dont hesitate, would definitely book again.

If you are in town to ride the trails this is an excellent location. You can access both Red Barn and Ozone quickly and easily from the end of the street. The garage is a great spot to store your bikes. In addition the condo is spacious, with king beds in both bedrooms. This is a nice, quiet, comfortable place to stay and Brad was responsive when I messaged him.
