Great location to walk to concerts at the new Butterfield stage downtown Rogers - the Walmart Amp is only 6 miles away (live music). Beaver lake (fishing/boating) is only 10 minutes way. The cottage has high speed internet to accommodate zoom meetings and guests working remotely.

We were in town for a concert, and this cute little place was perfect for what we were looking for. It was clean, and the air was on for us when we got there, Wesley also let us check in early, which was nice as we drove 4.5 hrs and just wanted to relax before the show. We will definitely be staying again.

A welcoming front porch is lined with stone accents and features a solid blue door. Sunflowers in a pot sit beside the entrance, along with a decorative welcome mat. The surrounding area shows hints of greenery and a well-maintained path leading away from the home.

Most definitely the BEST Airbnb space we have ever stayed in. We plan to return and stay anytime we visit NWA (which is often). The attention to detail was immaculate and we felt right at home! Everything you could need is in the home. Just bring yourself and groceries. The local treats and handwritten note left by our host was an amazing bonus and sweet gesture that shows they care about their guests! We loved sitting in the sunroom watching the deer, birds, and squirrels every morning! The deer will almost come right up to the window. So peaceful and set the perfect tone for our day! Plus, I learned that birds enjoy grape jelly as a treat! Never thought to add this for my birds at home. Beds were comfortable, space was clean, check in/out instructions were easy to follow, and a great touch with the binder for notes about the home! Not much more you could ask for when staying in a hosted home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My sister and I stayed at Meredith's place while attending a concert at the Amp. It was just minutes from the venue and so close to restaurants and shopping. The cottage is right next to the owner's home but we had privacy and it was so cute! It was just as the pictures showed and very clean (I'm very picky). The bed was super comfy and the sticky buns were a sweet treat! I will definitely stay here again while visiting the Rogers/Bentonville area!

You can easily walk to the railyard area and downtown and can easily drive to nearby towns and parks. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again if we come back that way.

LOVED staying here at this beautiful home! It was so perfect for our long weekend away. Beautiful views, scenic drives, and the house was absolutely adorable. Super cozy and comfy and also a short drive to down to do things if you wanna get out. 100% recommend this stay and the hosts !
