Apt on the waterfront/beach /cozy

My place is 35 meters from the beach and public transportation. You will love my space because it has a comfortable bed, an American kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and other utensils; ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom fan and TV. It's very cozy. Remembering that we have a King bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room. Bed linen and towels are not available. Great place for couples and solo adventures. Praia do Pereque-Açu, seven minutes from the center of Ubatuba and easy access to the highway that takes the other beaches.
