It was a wonderful stay! The atmosphere is really as described, super appropriate for a couple, the view doesn't even need comments, wonderful. And because it is in front of the sea and on the avenue, we were surprised by the silence in the apartment. The surroundings also help a lot, as everything is close by, we didn't take the car out for anything, lol. I'm sure I'll be back soon.

The apartment is in a safe and excellent location to reach everything Santos has to offer. The beach is a few minutes' walk away, as well as a children's area, supermarkets, and various activities. We had a great stay, the flat is just like the photos in the listing! The view of the beach is amazing and the location is excellent, everything is very close, beach, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, malls… communication was also very fast! I recommend it to everyone!

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

I had a great experience! The location was perfect for my purpose (it's a 2-minute walk from where I would work)! In addition, it is close to the mall and several bakeries and supermarkets. The apartment is exactly as advertised, it has many utensils (iron, hair dryer) the kitchen has various appliances (blender, coffee maker, etc.). Bruno is very helpful, the reception staff are polite and helpful. Anyway, I found the value extremely fair for what is offered and I would certainly stay again.

Very good accommodation, beachfront, easy access and amenities in the area. Close to restaurants, bakeries, and markets. Everything was perfect, well organized and clean. I recommend it.

Excellent option for staying in Santos! The location is exceptional, the view is magnificent and the apartment is very well sized. The unit is located in a block of flats and the condominium offers several facilities for guests. The hosts were very welcoming, have excellent communication and provided accurate and valuable information. As caveats, it can be highlighted that the apartment is quite impersonal, not very cozy, and needs several minor maintenance and some upgrades.

The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.

The apartment is cute, all brand new and clean. The building is also new and very beautiful, they offer a very tasty and complete breakfast for 35 reais per person, it is very worthwhile. We really liked it!

The location is excellent, very close to a bakery and a market, the condominium is on the sand, the apartment is comfortable and has a beautiful view of the sea. The space is excellent, cozy, and matches the listing. The host is exceptional, she cares about the smallest details. The apartment has all the amenities for a great stay. Agile concierge, adequate parking, helpful and polite staff. The building is older, but the apartment is fully renovated and fully functional. Excellent quality internet, new shower, good bed, cable TV. Anyway, excellent and I easily recommend it.

We loved the view at Marcos’ property, looking out over the ocean and city. We very much appreciated the beach being directly accessible with a shower right inside the complex to rinse off sand. There were two entry doors locked from the outside, which made our stay here feel entirely safe. Marcos was an excellent host. He was always immediately responsive if we needed help with anything at the apartment. He was also very flexible with check out time. I could tell our comfort and enjoyment was a top priority. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!
