We rented the house for the holiday with friends and it was really a find! Excellent location, great restaurants, bars, beach close to the house.. The house is super equipped, it had everything we needed, even netflix haha, we love it! Of course there are new opportunities we will return more often!!

Location is great, mto good beach. Check in was super easy and flexible. It's really pet friendly, the dogs loved the yard.

I felt at home. The house is beautiful and very pleasant, as well as very clean. The internet also works very well. It is a renovated old house, with a style that we no longer see in modern houses. Very interesting. The interior decor is also very beautiful. I was with my boyfriend and we wanted to buy a similar house for us to live forever. You don't even want to leave. The host was very helpful, always responding to me very quickly. Thank you!

Excellent stay! The house is very spacious, comfortable and well structured. It is a few meters from the main avenue, with an Assaí Market practically next door, which makes it a lot easier. The hosts, Neia and Rico, were extremely helpful, responsive and very kind. I recommend it!

We had a wonderful 7 days, the house smelled good, well equipped with kitchen utensils, comfortable sofas and the bed provided us with great nights of sleep. The house as a whole is wonderful, beautiful garden, great space for those who will take a dog, we took our Bully who enjoyed the house and the beach a lot. Quiet neighborhood, many shopping options, quiet streets day and night. We thank the hosts José and Laura for welcoming us with affection, always giving tips on places and restaurants. Beautiful beach, we had no difficulty getting there, wonderful experience, I recommend the space to everyone.

The place is extremely clean, organized, and smells nice. Bruno is a great host, he welcomed us very well, gave great recommendations. At all times of the stay, he was available to assist us with quick responses. Super family-friendly and cozy environment to create memories with children and family. I highly recommend it!

Since the beginning I was always well attended by Daniel's attention and promptness, the flat was a good option, with a harmonious internal composition, since my stay was for work, unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to enjoy the advantages and amenities of the region, but it seemed to me a very cheerful and festive region with its numerous bars and restaurants.

I returned again to this apartment because I feel very comfortable, the place is very cozy and is very well located. It is close to several markets such as Carrefour and Pão de Açucar, the best restaurants in São Vicente (Terrace, Gaudio, Ti Maria, etc.) and I feel at home. I don't need to use the car for anything, I left it on the street. One detail is that I lived in this neighborhood years ago, so I know it well. The apartment is well equipped and has a large outdoor area with a beautiful view. I can't wait to return.

I have no words to describe my stay at Carnival 2025, the summary in just one WONDERFUL WORD 😍🙏 The apartment is beautiful and exactly the same as the photos and even better. Extremely clean, wide, airy and comfortable. What is presented as leisure in the condominium is unparalleled, all perfect and unbelievable, I felt at home. The location of the building is astonishing, everything around us, supermarkets, malls, restaurants, fast food, cinema and the main beach, which is wonderful, clean and safe, at least I felt that way during my stay. Only gratitude to host Evelyn, felt safe, comfortable, and I repeat again felt at home. Host Gratitude, I hope to return soon, bye 👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽

Gustavo is a good host. Answers quickly, gives important information, asks for help from building staff to help. The apartment is comfortable, has several kitchen utensils, 2 TVs, an office with a desk and Wi-Fi. It was great to stay there, me, my husband and the dog. We'll be back for sure.
