This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

Very nice host, always concerned about our well-being, the apartment has everything you need for a good stay, convenience of nearby shops, good service from the people in the condominium. I definitely recommend it, we'll be back soon.

Well-located place!

We loved the stay. Quiet place in the middle of nature. Jayo and Dani are very sweet and helpful. The Chalet has everything we need and especially waking up and sleeping to the sound of the stream, the sea and the smell of the forest is luxury. We'll definitely be back. Great place to silence and look inside yourself.

Cristiano super kind and request. It's super easy to talk to him and he's always on his cell phone. I had a health issue and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

The place was gorgeous! So nice to hear the sound of the waves from the window. The place was a little tricky to reach with steep roads and uneven cobblestones but we managed just fine! the driveway also faces the opposite way that we came up, so be aware that it might be more difficult to find because of that. beyond that, we had an idyllic stay! Loved the area and the beaches. So fun to watch all the surfers :)

I loved the apartment! Everything is very new and close to the beach. Not to mention the incredible view of the sea.

Our stay was super peaceful, the host is always attentive and willing to help, the space is very clean, smells good, with the bedding all clean and smelling good. The apartment is super well equipped, it has everything you need for a peaceful stay. For those traveling with children, a positive point is the extra space on the ground floor. Amazing stay! Starting with the impeccable apartment, all rooms with air conditioning, full kitchen with utensils, large living room, huge barbecue area, I felt at home, super cozy! In the street behind the apartment, there are markets, wine shops, a pharmacy, bakery, etc. Great for those who don't drive like me. The apartment is also close to the trendiest street in Ubatuba, in the center of Itagua, about 20 minutes away on a leisurely walk. Finally, João was extremely attentive from start to finish, always responding promptly, and also gave us recommendations on what to do at night and tours as well! VERY agile and easy check-in and check-out. I hope to return soon, it was 7 incredible days!

Great stay, matches the listing, clean and organized apartment, very clear building instructions, very cold pool and no heater, but very clean and large. Cordial doormen, on both shifts. Rafael is very kind, responds quickly, my family and I love it, we will definitely be back !!!!

The stay at Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not suitable for the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bedding and blankets, but that did not prevent me from enjoying it. Due to the low season when I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it went away by letting the air air out a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and there is not much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.

Great apartment! It's on the main street of the city, you can do everything on foot. There's a lot of movement at night, but nothing absurd, you can sleep peacefully. Comfortable bed, good-sized bathroom and shower with good pressure. Communication with Newton is very good, he always responds promptly and is very kind. I'll come back more often!!!!

It was an amazing experience, the place is beautiful, the room we stayed in is small but very cozy and beautiful, the view is divine! The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

The cottage is impeccable, very beautiful, organized and the view is wonderful. Perfect for disconnecting from the world and waking up to the sound of birds. Daniela is a great host and was very attentive. I recommend it to everyone.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful place. The location is excellent—right on the beach with direct access to the water, and surrounded by a quiet, green area. It felt very private and was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The loft was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, an outdoor shower, and a cozy patio where we spent a lot of time just hanging out and enjoying the view. It’s an ideal spot for a couple looking to relax and recharge. Thiago and Paula were fantastic hosts. Communication was excellent—they were always quick to respond, helpful, and made us feel really welcome. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into making sure guests have a great stay. This trip was very special for us, and staying here definitely made it even better. We’d love to come back and would recommend it to any couple looking for a quiet and comfortable place by the beach.

It was me ,husband and son😊 We arrived before the time and the Maicon(Renata's husband) received us very sympathetic. To arrive at home,he took us by boat(in less than 1 minute rs) but also possible on the trail walking for (8 minutes approx)The beauty of the place swear,not described by the photos!The house was built literally on top of the rocks.Dorm and wake up listening to the sound of the sea so close to the therapeutic one.A balcony and huge deck with lots of sun and stairs for simply a dip in the natural aquarium with several species of fish , Yesmmmm the backyard is the sea🤩We had the luck of clear nights and the moon was a spectacular part of 🙏🏼Everything very clean,in the house has everything you need to have days of peace and comfort.Ahhh without mentioning the accessibility for walks on the famous islands of the region(Island of cabbages and pigs)Including I would like to make the tour of the Island of the pigs with the Maicon ,and to close Picinguaba is 36 km from Paraty,we enjoy the night of là reco, we😊 will soon return🙏

The Refuge space is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you usually only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, bedrooms, the whole environment. I hope to return soon.
