The apartment is wonderful, beautiful landscape, very clean house, wonderful Jacuzzi. Alexandre was very attentive and helpful.

We have stayed at this house several times and it is always a very good experience! For those who want to be close to the Village and close to a good market, quiet beach, it is an excellent option. We went as a couple and a pet, who loves that garden (and the view is beautiful). Thanks and we'll be back soon!

Our accommodation was excellent, my family and I were extremely satisfied. The accommodations are great, spacious, airy, everything was clean and organized. The house has all the utensils and equipment. The outdoor area is wonderful, with views of the sea and the mountain. Really amazing... we'll be back soon!

Excellent hosting!! We intend to return!! You can hear the sound of the sea all the time, your feet in the sand, the apartment is a good size, well ventilated, well-equipped kitchen!! All the structure of a good house!! Several shops downstairs in the building: bakery, ice cream shop, grocery store, restaurants and snacks!! We recommend the Gamboa Restaurant, which is 200 meters from the apartment. Award-winning dishes, with great prices. The beach is cozy, 1.5 km long, with very clean water and several nice corners for contemplating the sea, an excellent waterfront for walking. Impeccable security!! Everything is very quiet, no mess or loud music. Great for resting and feeling at home. Kamila was very helpful and flexible with check-in and check-out. The apartment is excellent even for longer stays!!

The place is amazing - beachfront location, accommodation, it’s more than well equipped. Nice tables and chairs in the house. The Beach tent they offer, was an amazing feature. We went with pets and it’s very secured / gated. Roberta was great to talk, very responsive.

Apartment super well organized and clean. Well located and easy to access. They do not provide pillows, towels and linens, but it is specified in the listing! 3-story building with no elevator. Beachfront, beautiful view! I recommend it super!

The apartment is perfect! The location could not be better. Extremely clean, well-equipped, excellent bed and bath linens and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning cooling well and the gas shower is a delight. Marcos is an excellent host. We hope to return soon.

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention from Sergio, I felt at home, because the apartment offers all the necessary amenities for everyday life on the coast and after a day at the beach to end with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. Flavia is a sweetheart, super attentive and her son is also cute! Location exactly as described, the view from the bottom and top (bedroom) are wonderful! I went with my pet too and he was comfortable, even with Flávia's son, who fell in love with him. She recommended unique places and gave tips that made me realize that one weekend is not enough, lol... after all, it's always not enough when we like the place. Flavia, thank you again!! The house has a great location,well aired, with access to two beaches, private security. Me and my family liked it so much that we were there in 2023 and now 2025. Victor is attentive and always answered our questions. My family and I recommend it, whoever you are won't regret it.

Casa Cubo unites modern architecture, landscaping and urban art in one place. The space is nice, cozy and feels like home. The house is airy, illuminated by natural light and provides a constant connection with nature — whether in a bath overlooking the garden, relaxing on the sofa looking at the Maresias sky or enjoying the pool surrounded by native vegetation. Everything was done with affection and attention to detail: the paintings, the decoration and the environment form a harmonious and enveloping whole. The house is on the sand, a few meters from the beach, with excellent location and easy access to bakery, gas station and other amenities. The condominium is organized, with entrance control, which gave me a sense of security, especially since it was the first trip with my daughter. And Daniel deserves a special mention: super helpful, attentive and available. A real 5-star host!

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

The stay was wonderful, the house was super clean, organized and the view is amazing! Seeing the sea from all sides of the house is cozy and relaxing. Well-prepared kitchen, comfortable beds and we loved using the bathtub. You can feel all the affection and charm of Caiçara inside the house, we really liked it! We hope to return very soon.
